We have had the most wonderful experience with InterHecs. The team has been relentless in their efforts offering support and advice throughout the whole process. They are quick to respond to any queries and do so with incredible patience. They truly make you feel like they are there to help you with everything- from the application process to travelling to securing a place in the University to accomodation. They have made the whole experience seem a lot less daunting.
I really enjoyed all the events they organised for the students and parents as this gave everyone a chance to meet and get to know each other and this has been invaluable for both students to settle in and for parents to feel at ease.

As a family we would 100% recommend InterHECS. They were recommended to us by another family who had used them a number of years ago. They more than surpassed our expectations. InterHECS as a team, but especially Stefani and Nadia, have been brilliant. We knew so little and had so many questions to ask. Nothing was too much trouble, whether that was responding to personal messages or keeping everyone up to date through WhatsApp Groups or even out of hours Video Calls. They took the majority of administrative burden from us so that we had less to worry about. The My InterHECS platform is excellent and explains everything step by step. They set up WhatsApp Groups for the students. By the time our daughter arrived in Bulgaria to start her course she already felt like she had made friends. A truly exceptional service and experience. Good seamless experience. You get a personal assistant which guides throughout the whole process.

When ever we needed help they guided us with the application and helped to find a suitable accommodation.

All the events for both students and the parents were well organised.

The level and professionalism of the service was beyond my expectations! My personal assistant Nadia is fantastic she was always available informing of what the next stage or step is and what is required from me! Stefani has managed this process throughout seamlessly with the webinars and recordings cascading messages via WhatsApp’s- her organisational skills are exemplar!!
The whole process has been long but worth the interaction and even after arriving in Plovdiv being available and being a great support system to the students and parents really is testament to how Interhecs have gone above and beyond!

The upper year students who showed us around campus equally spoke highly of Stefani saying she is like a big sister liking our for them and still helpful! It really does show interhecs is with us in this journey and throughout the 6 yrs! Thank you x

The staff and the team of InterHECS were absolutely phenomenal! Their advice and assistance has helped me from the very beginning with organizing, legalizing, and translating my documents to be sent to the university. Stefani and my personal assistant were very helpful and very responsive; whenever I needed any kind of help or support I had about the application process, exam preparation, or any questions, they would get resolved in a very timely manner. Their mock platform and study resources were very extensive and useful for preparing for my entrance exam. The events they organized for the orientation week were very helpful and informative. Signing up with InterHECS was undeniably the BEST decision I’ve made to ease the process of getting me to study abroad in Bulgaria. Everything from my personal assistant helping me in getting the necessary documents ready, providing me with their intuitive mock exam platform and exam materials to help me get ready with the entrance exam and helping me to settle in during orientation week has been exceptional! The team has always been coherent with me and my family whenever we have questions and we were able to clear any of our concerns instantly with just a text. Since they’re based in Bulgaria, they were able provide many services such as translation of my documents to Bulgarian. Additionally, they host multiple Q&A sessions and monthly webinars which I found VERY useful. I strongly believe that without an agency like Interhecs, I’d DEFINITELY find myself in difficult situations that others I know have gone through simply due to the fact that they’ve applied to another agency that’s not established in Bulgaria or near the vicinity.
