I am not used to write comments online but pls never use the website I have never seen such a poor service. Mirror ordered arrived 6 weeks late totally broken and they refused to reimburse. I will sue them

I ordered a chair for 900 euros and never received it. They sent an order confirmation complete with Track & Trace with DPD Koeriers, but then they don't hand over the item.
The customer services phone number on their website is wrong. Email is answered sporadically by someone named Mike.
I let them know that I have filed a fraud report with the police. They answer that they are confident that nothing will come out of this, totally outrageous.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Never received the product, never received the refund. We are talking about a lot of money. DO NOT PURCHASE THERE!!!

This is a scam.

I don't recommend this website. The side table I purrchased, was delivered 2 months after the purchase and arrived broken due to very poor packaging. Customer service doesn't respond. It's a scam!!

We are an interior Design Company who recommended a product from interiorlabels.nl to a client for a project. Our Client placed the Order in November. The item never arrived. Our client and ourselves have tried calling multiple times to no avail. They don’t deliver the product and don’t reimburse the money either. They don’t answer emails. They don’t pick up the phone. It is extremely unprofessional. We are super disappointed. We do not recommend buying from this company.

The chairs I order were damaged when they arrived, have been trying to reach interiorlabels for a month now, never got an email respond and have tried to call so many times and nobody pickes up!
This is not a serious company.

The "designer" product is of mediocre quality, produced in a developing country and sold at a price which does not correspond. Instead of neighbouring Netherlands, it arrived from overseas after 16 days, safely yet very sloppily wrapped, adding to my feeling of having been ripped-off. The insufficient description of the product on the website (as well as in other online shops offering the same product) prevents one from understanding its full functionality which is easily misunderstood from the photographs. Customer service responded with some delay to my request to return the product at my own costs; however, the product could not be delivered and came back, costing me even more. I have never heard from them again.
