I had been searching for smoke alarms for several months in order to comply with the ridiculous new law for smoke detectors in Scotland (I wonder if the Scottish Government has ever considered the environmental impact of every home in Scotland having to discard their existing 2 smoke alarms to replace with new interlinked ones, not to mention the financial impact on families at a time of increasing economic hardship?). However, presumably due to unprecedented demand, everywhere I searched was out of stock, or those with stock were selling items at inflated prices. Fortunately, a family member recommended Interlinked Alarms to me. I purchased a home pack which contained 3 interlinked smoke detectors, a heat detector, a CO2 monitor and (most importantly) a controller to silence/test the alarms as required. The price was very competitive and the delivery was very quick. I was particularly pleased to find that the detectors are all very small compared to my old ones. As such, the negative aesthetic impact of having to add additional detectors (as compared to the previous one upstairs one downstairs rule) was minimal. Further, all the detectors were supplied already interlinked, which reduced any installation hiccups. The units are supplied with adhesive pads (for a super quick installation) and screws/wall plugs (for a more professional finish). Overall I am very happy with the product and with the service from Interlinked Alarms. I would thoroughly recommend them (and indeed already have to friends and family).

Easy to install good value and arrived quickly.

Bought 3 xsets for family all 3 sets clearly labeled i.e. 1 2 and 3. We put ours up today. Sticky pads didn't adhere to ceiling probably because wallpaper so screwed up with provided screws. Easy to turn on and check working probably should have got remotes as will be less easy as all on ceilings. Would have preferred diagrams/instructions on where to position alarms but mighty Google provided answers. All sets prelinked.

My husband and myself were very pleased indeed with the way things went regarding the alarms. Stewart explained everything so well when first talking to myself then to my husband. They arrived on time and were very easy to fit I am happy now that we are all linked up Thank you very much Mrs McCallum

All alarms came as ordered. Easy to fit, and interlinking seems to work. I've no idea how well they respond to fire or gas leaks, and I hope I never have to find out!

First class service. Ordered the alarms on Monday, received them on Wednesday and fitted them myself on Thursday. They were easy to fit, are inconspicuous on the ceilings and hopefully will never sound off.
