We wish we could! However unfortunately, shipping around the world is expensive and as a British made shoe, unless we lowered the quality of our materials and components, there is no chance we can afford to ship across the world for free. We're not going to cut corners to make a cheaper shoe because we're all about quality so for now sadly, we don't ship internationally for free. We hope you can understand.

Sorry to see your review. We just checked the order and unfortunately it was a bespoke order and sadly not returnable.
We do highlight messages on checkout pages and then again on email confirmations in red that if the word 'bespoke' appears within the description, it can't be returned.
We offer a huge variety of stock/made to order shoes that can be ordered and exchanged/returned no problem. Sadly for the customised bespoke items, we can't take them back because they are made very specifically according to the instructions/options selected on order.

All the information on the website is very clear. The order was dealt with expediently, and I had my goods very soon, despite it being an international order containing bespoke articles. I choose International Dance Shoes because it is known for quality and because it offers completely vegan shoes.

Shoes …
The website and customer online experience, order and return process were excellent.
However we were really disappointed about the fit of the shoes themselves. We (my husband and I ) went to the Winter Gardens in Blackpool to have our feet measured and both style, size and width of shoes (Latin and ballroom) recommended. The she’s themselves were way off the mark ie too big for husband and too gapey for me so we had to send them back- very disappointing

Superb service and quality
I can't recommend this shop highl enough.
All the shoes I have bought from International Dance Shoes are of excellent quality and very comfortable. I really appreciate that all models have an animal-free (vegan) option and that this does not make the shoe more expensive.
Orders have always arrived quickly.
Nicole has always solved all my doubts and helped me to choose the best models for me. I am very grateful for her warm and friendly service.

Shoes fit like a glove!! 😊
I made the final 12 of Dance Floor Heroes - a chance for novice dancers to have their dreams come true, and dance strictly style with a pro in Blackpool in the Winter Gardens Empress Ballroom!! Amazing! We were recommended to buy shoes from International Dance Shoes. I have narrow feet, but making a 10 hour round trip to get my feet measured wasn’t really practical! I bought a cm foot gauge, and after ringing for advice on size, ordered my ballroom shoes. They arrived within the specified time for made to order, and they really do fit like a glove!! Hope my foxtrot does them justice! We’ll soon find out on February 24th!! Get a ticket and come and find out!! Fantastic shoes and service.

Great order and return processes
easy to order, quick, efficient delivery. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit properly. The return process was even better - efficient, easy to do and very quickly they acknowledged receipt of shoes and when I could expect refund which they exceeded by 2 days
