Great experience. Very professional.

Switched from Xfinity to Frontier due the ever rising cost of Xfinity. I am on a fixed income and Frontier offered a deal comparable to what I have now with Xfinity at a much lower rate. Will wait until installation before I can really give a detailed review.

So far so good

Ashley was an awesome sales rep., very informative and kind! I am awaiting my self install kit 🤞 It's easy and arrives on time. Kiddos are driven me crazy waiting on Internet service to be back on! We switched from ComCrap and "cut the cord" with them and we are saving HALF on our monthly cost! Team Frontier

Amazing experience

Andrew was very helpful, and friendly, I dreaded calling due to usually on the phone for hours, but i ordered satellite tv, and internet and was off the phone and came out a lot cheaper than i ever imagined!!

Great deals and service

I got an awesome package that was explained very well to me. This was my first time ordering from any company seeing as I'm in my first apartment. The installation guy came earlier than expected and was extremely nice. He explained what he was doing and was fast and efficient. My first bill had an error on it but I called and it was immediately fixed and the rerepresentative was more than happy to explain what the different charges on my bill meant. Overalk a great experience thus far.
