Perfect purchasing service experience
I was dreading getting new services for various reasons, starting with the horrible experience I am coming from with IO. Your associate Annie, was truly the example of a pleasurable person to work with. She was kind, patient, knowledgable, and entertaining. It was the first time I enjoyed talking on the phone with a customer service agent, she was a great representation of your company, and I hope to work with her again in the future. Friendly Customer Service
The customer service rep. I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did get sold into the additional security option that we weren't exactly planning on, but I'll see how it goes. Installation was scheduled one week later - a bummer to have to wait again - but since it's free I won't complain!
Only confusing side is that my calls were answered by people in states very far from where we live.

My whole experience was a great one. Being a first time customer and not know a lot about Frontier only from what I saw on television. The guy who was working on my order explain everything to me and answered all my questions. The only con is I wish I didn't have to wait a week to get the Internet install but other than that I'm pleased with everything.
Pleased with customer service reps
Due to repeated negative "I don't care - no apologies" attitude of Suddenlink, I decided to switch to Frontier. So far, their customer service has been great. I've not heard any bad things about their service from my friends.

INSTALLATION WINDOW TIME FRAME IS RIDICULOUS!
Are they totally kidding with the all day time frame window? Very unhappy that I have to be home from 8 am to 6 pm to wait on the installation person to arrive. If it were any other company where you had to be home to wait all day for installation they wouldn't get much new business lmost companies give you a two to four hour window. This review is not against the customer service representative but it is against the entire company as a whole! They need to do a better job in the instaltion department. The installer bettter be here because I am very close to calling back and just cancelling the order.

Excellent quick attention and assistance qith new sercice
Great experience. Due to increasing prices with my current plan and paying $170 a month with another company i was VERY impressed at the quick attention i received when i called to find out the options that were best for me. No long extended periods of being on hold which shows me that the attention to service will be the same.
