I specifically requested a pretty pale yellow and pink bouquet for a very specific reason. A dark red one was sent. Totally missing the point of sending the flowers. I know it says exact flowers won’t be sent but I expecting something close. Won’t be using this company again.

Delivery done with delay (1 day later) without any information. I'd to call the support service who was not able to give me details about my order status.

Company ackowledged order and provided receipt immediately.
My mistake, they did send a follow up email confirming delivery on the day, and since my original review I have found the email in my junk folder.

Fast delivery easy service

The flowers I ordered for my mom were delivered on time even though it was a Sunday. The message I left for her on the virtual card was nicely transcripted by hand on a paper card and beautifully presented in an envelope. The flower arrangement looked exactly like in the photo on the website and the final delivery was exquisite! Thank you to the team that made my mom's day be even more special once she received the flowers.

Worst experience ever. The flowers were scheduled in Seville (Spain) for my daughter's birthday but never arrived. When I contacted support, they kept giving me automated, copy-paste replies on chat, promising email updates. In the end, they just canceled the order and offered a refund instead of urgently delivering the flowers. Unreliable and deeply disappointing.

Selected delivery for the first half of the day, flowers were delivered at 20:00 and was told by the agent it is not a commitment to deliver by the requested time so why offer the option as it was for a birthday and delivered that part of the evening, secondly what I chose was not close to what was delivered,it ended up with just 12 roses bundled up together

Thank you for your service. It is great to have such an organized arrangement to send the flowers to whom you love and live on the other side of the world. The web site works well to some extent but probably needs some improvement as I couldn’t track my shipments. Also, if you call from any other area than the ones that are listed with phone numbers, then you will not get any reply. The best contact will be through email which was excellent and Razwan was the customer service person who was continually assuring me that everything will be done on time. The flowers on my first request were exactly like the picture and were delivered same day considering the time difference. However, the flowers on my second request were different and delivered the next day, but I think it was because of the high requests received on Mother’s Day and so I recommend that on such occasions, you need to put your request several days ahead of time.

I have used this company many times to send flowers to my family that lives in a different country. Always perfect and the arrangements are always beautiful!

Flowers are beautiful but you forget to put my note so the reciever couldn't find who send the flowers.
