Nice flowers- terrible customer service
Ordered some flowers for my mum but wanted to see if I could change the delivery date/time. Rang the Uk customer service number- no answer and then chatted online to someone. I asked the same question, they replied without even responding to my question then shut down the chat without giving me the opportunity to explain their answer was not what i was looking for. Awful customer service in my opinion. Thankfully flowers were lovely.

what an awful experience
what an awful experience ! My son spent 60 eur on a bunch of flowers that lasted less than a day. The florist Il Boccolo, there are 2 of them - both same family. They blame one another - don't buy the cooli. Venice blamed internetflorist as they take most of the money and therefore it leaves the florist such a little budget to send anything but dying flowers. When contacted the florist with images and videos they directed me to InternetFlorist - when I contacted them they apologised and offered a mere 10 euro's. Go direct to a florist don't use these money pinching scammers.

The experience was great. I sent flowers to my girlfriend in Kenya without an actual address. I pinned the location with a description and instructions to her room. I never would have thought I could have got flowers to her, but they did it. She was so surprised and thrilled. Awesome job

I specifically requested a pretty pale yellow and pink bouquet for a very specific reason. A dark red one was sent. Totally missing the point of sending the flowers. I know it says exact flowers won’t be sent but I expecting something close. Won’t be using this company again.
