Beautiful packaging, timely communication, awful delivery
The box and presentation was beautiful - really classy. Unfortunately, one of the rose water tubes had emptied in to the box and stained the silky bit which was a shame but I assume this could have happened whilst being handled by Royal Mail. On the Royal Mail front, I would urge you to believe InterROSE when they say that the Tracked24 may not happen. It didn’t in our case, so the roses spent 2 days in a box sat in their delivery office, with one rose not getting any water. When delivered, it was done right at the end of the second working day - his work had to call him in the car to turn round to come back and get his parcel at 5pm on a Friday! So the flowers didn’t arrive on our anniversary and I had to break the surprise so he looked out for them on the Friday. InterROSE were very quick (professional but warm) to communicate about the roses not being delivered, and in fairness to them they do warn you about the issues with Royal Mail Tracked24. So, to sum up, InterROSE seem great and would have got 4 stars if water tube hadn’t emptied in to the box. But the lesson is, if you want your flowers/gift to arrive to someone at a work place as a lovely surprise on a specific day then don’t choose the Royal Mail Tracked option.
Best Valentine Rose ever.
Ordered a single stem for Valentine's day, arrived on the day it was perfect. A month later the bloom is still there (fading slowly) and the stem seems to be sprouting, time will tell. Best Valentine Rose I've ever bought, Well done. *****

I was thrilled with the blue roses I ordered!!! I wanted blue roses for my husbands wake, as blue roses were a thing between us for 40 years. The local florists put me off them as they are dyed. So table flowers were ordered locally, but I took a chance and ordered the blue roses through you. I needed them delivered on a Monday, I was a little concerned they were dispatched on the Saturday before. They arrived as promised, beautifully packaged with a clever watering system. They were perfect! I followed the instructions and placed them in a vase. Everyone commented on them. Thank you so much. I think I need to buy the rainbow ones next.

DHL let this company down, when a rose that should have been delivered with care was completely ruined.

Had some issues with a damaged delivery but the team were extremely responsive. The re delivery was lost as well but they sent a third one which arrived with extra chocolates and champagne! Great service despite the issues with the courier.
