Really affordable VPS with excellent support. Pretty much any issues are dealt with rather quickly 24/7.

I have used Interserver for more than 5 years. In that time every problem I have had was promptly and effectively solved by Interserver. This kind of responsiveness and reliability is not common in the modern world. Every interaction has been polite and efficient. I continue to recommend them to all my clients.

I have one server and it works fine. I bought another one and it's been over 100 hours and they still haven't delivered it, even though the delivery time was supposed to be 48 a 72 hours. They're extremely slow. I opened support tickets and haven't received any response. I contacted them via chat and all they do is evade the issue, saying we'll escalate the problem instead of offering any solutions. I regret buying that second server. Of the 30 days I paid for, if I even finish the subscription, I'll only get to enjoy it for 15 days with this slow service.

The response was incredibly fast on a Saturday morning and very helpful. It took some time to figure out the problem but Anzif stuck with me the entire way.

It's good but the migration left out a bunch of stuff and it took 2 times to even get it to this point. Not going to complain about the price though! It's cheaper than even getting the lowest Google Workspace account just for emails.

That kind of honesty and customer respect is extremely rare in the hosting industry.

Performance is excellent — the server handles heavy workloads without any issues. Networking is stable, storage is incredibly fast, and everything was delivered exactly as described (or better).

Support has also been fast and helpful. Even when I experienced a minor 1-hour port issue on the first day, the staff resolved it quickly and communicated clearly.

The only thing to be aware of is that InterServer doesn’t offer refunds, so you should be certain before buying. But aside from that, their reliability, transparency, and willingness to upgrade customers when stock is unavailable is something I truly appreciate.
