Great customer service
Great customer service! Twin-sized bed worked well, and when it started to deflate, Intex provided me with instructions on how to check the pump seal and look for leaks. When those steps did not identify the problem, they sent a replacement.

Great product
Great product! The first one that I bought, I had used one time I blew it up and it went flat before somebody could even put their body on it. Returning to the store was very simple. They replaced it and swapped it out with the exact same one and then I’ve had no issues so far but it’s only been used twice. I’m just hoping that it will last as long as a twin mattress that I had from Intex that I have over 20 years.

They replaced my liner that was attack by birds while I was drying the liner on a cement pad next to a hedge. The replacement liner is still in the package I received it in. Hopefully it holds water in a couple of months when I set it up for the season

Great Customer Care
My experience win INTEX and INTEX Customer Care has been great. My initial order for a 4 person inflatable spa was placed in late January 2025. When I opened the contents of the containers I notices that the motor housing was cracked. I contacted INTEX and sent a picture of the damage. INTEX sent me a new motor! About a 2 months later I was unable to find a leak in the bottom of the spa, I again contacted INTEX and I received a new inflatable spa. The original spa cover from the beginning was bulky in my opinion and hard to put on and take off. I kept trying to think of ways to modify the cover for ease of this task. I finally called INTEX and inquired if they had received similar complaints and the person I visited with suggested that I try the newest cover. INTEX sent it to me free of charge! The new cover fits perfectly and solved my dissatisfaction of the original cover. I have nothing by good things to say about my experience with INTEX products and customer care!!

I have used Intex pools and accessories for decades
I have had Intex pools and accessories in my backyard for over 20 years. During the infrequent times I had to contact their customer service, for missing or replacement parts, I found them to be sympathetic and helpful. Their products are also very inexpensive compared to similar manufacturers.

Inflatable hot tub
I bought the 4-6 person inflatable hot tub. 4 people easily fit in; 6 is pushing it.
I am very happy with the product. You can set it up in about an hour; filling it is a couple of hours, and heating it up from ambient temperature (~72 F) to 103 F can take 24-36 hours. I leave it at 103 F so that I can use it whenever I want. The single unit containing the circulation pump and air blower work very well. The air bubbles generated by the blower are what makes the experience great.
The best part is the cost - about $700, and the ability to use a common wall socket to power the unit. No need for a 220 volt outlet or mods to my home's electrical system. The unit has never tripped. While you don't get the water jets that a hard spa has, the cost is about 1/20th before any needed electrical mods.

FIRST CLASS
The intex company handles everything first class, look I weigh 245 lbs and the bed performed and was super comfortable, the bed and everything else (I have a relationship with (including 1st wife) I just am hard with. A great bed a great company period! look we are talking 50-60$ for a bed that I slept on every night for 6 months! quit complaining spend $4000 for a tempurpedic! (LOL)

Fantastic if you don’t get winter season
It’s fantastic if your temperature never drops below 38 degree. See manual . Make sure you have plenty of room to store it from November - April if you live in a state that experiences winter otherwise the motor breaks it can not be left outside

There was an issue with the cover when purchased. It was quite the hassle but Intex did warranty the cover which was great! I wish the heater worked better since living in New England the cool air cools the tub within 15-20 minutes with bubbles on. I am overall very happy with the spa.
