I contacted customer service regarding the air pump to our new spa and after 4 hours of youtube and researching if I can fix it, I could not, Intex replaced the pump and I received it is 4 days and no problems since.

I had several issue with the Queen Size Air bed I purchased from Intex. The customer support was top notch, but the product by itself was a pain. I have had 3 replacement beds and each of them pops out and looses shape very quickly. Although they were used sparingly on occasions all the beds blowed-up. The current one leaks and looses air and has become useless, the replacement was sent just few months ago but since the initial bed was purchased last January, I cannot report for help. My bed is just packed in a corner to be trashed out....

First unit shipped had a bad base unit. The heater would only reach 101 degrees. Contacted customer support and they walked me through filling out a claim. A replacement unit was sent the next day.
They get a 3 star rating for not monitoring and testing their finished goods but a 5 star rating for quick, positive support.
Class act business. Despite an initial faulty heater, I’d buy from Intex again without hesitation.

I purchased an Intex air mattress in September 2025. In February 2026, I got a large hump. I discovered that it was a problem with my air mattress. I contacted Intex. Customer service was very professional and knowledgeable. They help me to do the claim process and within 2 days my claim was approved and new mattress was shipped out to me. So it took about a week for me to get the replacement mattress ship to my door. Superb customer service and execution of my claim. I was truly impressed.

I had a problem with my pool liner. I checked the warranty and it was still covered. I bought the pool from Intex direct and contacted them. I sent a photo and offered a description of the problem. The Intex Customer Service was awesome! A couple of emails and my replacement liner was shipped to me at no charge. I've had various size Intex pools over the years (as my grandson grew) and they've been great. I'm very happy about the support I've been given. The new liner s still boxed and in my garage waiting for the warm weather to assemble. Thank you so much INTEX!

I bought a 20 inch air bed. After a few weeks it developed a slow leak which was very difficult to find. I patched it with the patch included with the bed. Then a few days later the patch came off and the leak was severe.
When I called in to Intex, the gentleman was very helpful and he replaced the air bed within a few days.

I had an issue with my inflatable hot tub. I purchased it on Amazon however it was shortly after the 30 day return policy so I contacted the company directly. Contacting customer service was quick and easy. They resolved my issue quickly and sent a replacement tub. Happy with the follow up service.

First air mattress I bought had a slow leak Thai I could not find. Called their Customer Service line and their rep listened carefully to my problem and sent me a replacement that seems to be working fine. They need to do a better job in Production (initial quality) but are not exceeded in Customer Service. BTW my son has the same product and his first product was fine.

Customer service for our 6-person inflatable spa was good. I had to upload a few documents. including my Amazon delivery receipt plus my purchase receipt. First time around, they sent me a new pump because the equipment stopped working a month after I bought it. That didn't work, so they sent me a whole new equipment pack. Now it works fine. Total time to resolution was about 1.5 months.
