Intex spares, delivered. Thanks

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. After reading, they don't even seem relevant to this business.
Anyway .. bought some intex parts, yes I chased delivery, but only because I was desperate to finish the job I started on our pool. Delivered today. I think I ordered them last Friday, so not terrible considering it was a royal mail delivery.
Thanks for replying to my email. 5*.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.
I purchased a Intex Graphite pool 15' x 48" 4 years ago for £1300.
Sadly the pool liner split. I called and emailed the customer support service and asked if I could purchase another liner.
I was told they have discontinued that model and they longer sell a pool liner for it. I asked if the other pools liners they sell with the same dimensions would fit my pool, and was told they were unsure.
How can a company as big as Intex not stock a pool liner that would fit my pool after just 4 years.
A terrible customer experience.

Great Pumping System, Poor Durability – Not for Long-Term Use

I was initially impressed with the air pumping system—it’s easy to use and inflates the mattress quickly. However, after two weeks of use by a couple, the air bed started losing its ability to retain air. I personally slept on it twice, and now it deflates noticeably during the night.

While it’s comfortable when fully inflated, the durability is disappointing. Based on my experience, this seems like a disposable product suitable for only a few nights' sleep before issues arise. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for extended use.

Intex inflatable Kayak..........

We bought a 2 person inflatable kayak, used it 3 times in 2021. Packed it away (appropriately) for the winter.
When we got it out to use this year it had a hole in the base, we spent money on appropriate repair equipment and fixed it. Only for another hole to appear. Both holes are at the welded seams and a third has now appeared. This kayak is fundamentally faulty.
I contacted their customer service who have said there is nothing they can do and have suggested we use Stormglue or Toughtape!
In my opinion this Intex kayak is poor quality and customer service are very unhelpful.

Marketing tactics.

Recently ordered what I thought was six filters for an Intex 12' dia pool pump for £23.49, however when only one arrived today I thought I would check on the website to see how they were presented, however, on checking the website they could not be found & when checking the John Adams website they were out of stock. To be fair on checking my order confirmation it did state for one filter. Wish now I had taken a screenshot of the intexwetset showing the filters.
Today I received a very pleasant email from John Adams Leisure ( stockists of intex spares ) explaining that there had been a system error from the website and the other 5 filters are in stock and will be sent out in the next few days.
Will give a final review once the filters are received.
The remaining 5 filters have arrived, have upgraded my review to 3 stars would have given 5 stars but for the initial problems with the order.

Avoid intex buy another brand

Very poor customer service which is a shame as the hot tub itself we are extremely pleased with.
The lid has misshaped and after several emails over 2 months from my partner no response what so ever!! so basically the item doesn’t have a 1 year warranty like it states.
Will buy another brand next time!

Same experience as the people below.

Same experience as the people below.. we bought an air bed through Aldi.. only used it for 1 weekend and then it started losing air. Filled out the online form for the warranty and heard nothing back for 2 weeks. You can't get in touch to speak to an actual person as the phone lines are closed... even though they're showing as within working hours on their website. I really do believe companies are using COVID as an excuse for awful customer service. I'm due to go on holiday again next week and i'm now without a bed! Need this sorting ASAP!!

Fine until you need their support

I purchased a 4 person Purespa a few years ago. Until this summer, all was well. Just after the warranty expired, an error flashed up on the display. After trying various options, nothing worked. I was lucky enough to actually be able to talk to someone at Intex mid-june who told me the replacement part I needed which I then ordered. The part arrived but the error is still there. Their phone lines are now shut. I opened a ticket with them on 16th June. 5 weeks later and I have heard nothing from them. Other Business have been able to cope with the pandemic in various ways. Over 5 weeks for a reply in unacceptable. Reputaton and customer services can make or break a company these days. I will be telling people to steer clear of Intex products.

bought x3 of their blow-up boats on amazon 2 have burst in the same places they will not reply to us and have taken are 300.00 pounds money they said they don't ship to the UK hello your selling on amazon.co.uk why did I have 3 know only 1 left > and you don't ship to the UK! Intex kayak on amazon.co.uk joke would defo not recommend this company they all so go buy the name john Adams DONT TRUST THEM and it takes 14days to get a reply see the web site you only have 30days to claim your money back what the hell is going on here there ripping us all off

John Adams Leisure Ltd Intexwetset

John Adams Leisure Ltd, the only Intex warranty company in the UK. Partners with Aldi to provide a 3 year limited warranty on intex products sold by Aldi.
This company has switched it's phone lines off due to covid and says, we're still open but due to Covid 19 "...it may take us a little longer than usual to respond. Our phone lines are now closed, so please contact us using the relevant online forms." I thought I'd give them some time but what is a little longer than usual? and what is acceptable? No response in a week? two weeks? three weeks? I completed (very diligently) the relevant warranty claim for a replacement tub and buckle on the 17th August 2020. Tomorrow it will be FIVE weeks and NO response at all. I can't phone them to chase (their phone lines are closed) so I asked Aldi to chase. Aldi sent them an email, guess what? A week later and no reply! I really hope this isn't an abuse of the Furlough scheme, surely they can answer emails from home? I have been so patient but this is now getting beyond a joke. In case there is anyone working there my reference number is #11781. Please help me to revise my review by getting in touch to resolve this.
