Good item, fast service

I emailed a query about the dimensions of the item in the evening: it was answered first thing next morning. I ordered: it was despatched the next day. The item was well packaged (but not excessively, and with no plastics), and is good quality. One really couldn't ask for more.

Good price and speedy delivery of…

Good price and speedy delivery of Koziol picnic crockery that was hard to find elsewhere. 1 item was chipped, I got a same day response to my message about it and a replacement arrived within a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

Pollinating brush

A well made product just right for self pollinating fruit in my polytunnel. A problem with delivery was sorted out very quickly to my advantage. Would recommend this company

Fantastic, recommended!

Really quick delivery, easy to order and lovely handwritten note with order. Including delivery it worked out better value for the Veritable items that I was looking for than ordering from elsewhere. Will definitely order again.

Unhelpful, obstructive, obnoxious customer services team!

Unhelpful, obstructive, obnoxious customer services team whom are unwilling to accommodate reasonable customer requests in relation to the minimizing of costs of P&P on smaller, replacement parts, whom rather than honour your elected reduced cost/time postal service request, insist only on using the same carrier on their elected premium service (they want a signature they're not going to get on a £5 item - due to COVID and disability - postal items are left safe outside anyway - clever company, just lost a loyal customer for the sake of shear arrogance in obviously liking to tell people no, use the service we chose for you or not at all) - of the same provider - even when the item which only cost a few pound, was still insured to its full value of. Obstruction for the sake of it. Told the computer say's no and if i don't like, to buy elsewhere. Will not be using again! In the bin more like, not this haus anymore I'm afraid.

Glad you took the time to write to us. I looked at the overly offensive messages you sent to the lady in our customer service department, copies of which are on file. After looking at your request, to see if we could get a retailer closer to you, I have asked the team, including Marc and Kim, not to contact you again. Of course we are really disappointed to see your unhappiness with your experience, especially when we always try and go the extra mile to accommodate requests. Unfortunately, we’re not able to reduce our postage cost as it’s imperative that all shipments are fully insured in case of loss or damage – on this occasion we couldn’t meet your expectations and aside of your comments will take the feedback on board. Already you have been sent the details of the spare part required and trust that you’ll be able to source it. Failing that route, my team will not ship anything to you until you apologise to those involved in your email. We would then look at your order, order the spare part in from Germany and have it shipped to you. You need to understand that I will not have my team, actual human beings (not computers) treated in such a manner, especially when trying to help a customer in need. Sadly you crossed the line and even with your feedback of 1 star we are positive we did everything we could to facilitate your request.

Scanpans last forever

I have used a Scanpan saute pan almost daily for over twenty years. I was dismayed to find the handle loosening and I did not want to part with it although I had no complaints. I would have hapily paid for a repair. Inthehaus took it back, detected an original manufacturing defect and replaced it!
I am astonished by their generous treatment of my case and obvious faith they have in the product. A pan and a company to be valued,

The salad spinner arrived swiftly

The salad spinner arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. Having read some reports of Haus being slow to deliver I was expecting to wait some time for the salad spinner, but it arrived in excellent time. The only worry is what will happen if the pull cord breaks?

Delivery was next day

Delivery was next day - fantastic. So easy to order. Haven't used yet as it has rained ever since delivery and not been able to set up tables in the garden.

I am extremely happy with Haus.

I am very pleased with the service and products I received from Haus. The product cost was extremely competitive and delivery was prompt. I will certainly use them again in the future.
