Very friendly service, had my wedding and engagement rings cleaned for no charge at the Newcastle John Lewis store. They look great. Very pleased with the service and result.

Sent In Time my Dreyfuss watch which had stopped working after 15 years. They carried out a full service and repair within 2 weeks at a resonable cost and returned the watch well packaged.
Excellent service and I'm happy to recommend.

In-time repaired my ladies Raymond Weil watch and I am extremely pleased to have it back in full working order. The method of sending it to them was clear and easy and the company were very helpful with my enquiries. I am more than pleased with them and the cost of the repair was most acceptable.

I sent them my Michael Kors watch that was my favourite. I was given 2 quotes. One basically a touch up and the other like a proper service. I chose the more expensive. I was astonished when I received my watch back. It looked like a brand new one. I was so pleased. Excellent service, kept up to date all the way through. Brilliant company. I shall definitely use them again and highly recommend them to all my friends. Thank you.

Everything was poor. Iet my watch 6 weeks ago (3 weeks to get deliver to the warehouse or wherever they sent the watches), 2 weeks to get a response of how much it would cost and 2 weeks to get it back delivered.
I do not recommend. It’s waste of time

I sent my Pulsar watch to them to correct the fault that the Day no. could not be manually changed. I was quoted a price and sent it to them. They inspected the watch, found they could fix it at a less expense price and sent me a £15 refund! The watch was fixed and returned to me all in an acceptable timeframe and I was informed by email every step of the way. A truly excellent service!

Abdul, manager of In-time situated in the Grafton Centre, Cambridge gave me the best service I have received from a watch shop, (including some very expensive ones). He replaced the battery of my Raymond Weil Tango and the strap with an alligator Hirsch model. From the moment he served me he was polite, listen to my needs and gave me excellent advice. The work was carried promptly and to a very high standard. I've paid three times as much for much less! Much appreciated.

The diamond dazzle stick is great, really easy to use and my ring has come up fantastic, lovely and sparkly. The shop assistant was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend intime repairs 👍🏻

Excellent service. Rings cleaned and repaired within a week looking brand new. Securely sent and returned by post. I was kept informed by email of arrival, repair and return. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Friendly service my watches were treated with great care and attention

I have been very satisfied and impressed with the service I have received from In-Time. From sending my rings to be cleaned on the Thursday, I had them back the following Thursday.
I was kept up to date with the process at every step.
Very reasonable prices and fantastic service.

They replaced the clasp on my Seiko watch and provided excellent service throughout. They initially tried to get a Seiko clasp but as this was no longer available for the model of my watch they provided a generic one which is perfect. The level of communication they provided about the repair was very good and the friendliness/knowledge of the staff restores your faith in customer service

Great staff in the Bridges. They helped match up a strap for my watch today. Great service!
