Warning! Bought Kettler crosstrainer from MG Sports in January 2022, technical problems right from delivery and completely worthless support/warranty. This is not a German quality product, as of 2019 it is an Indonesian substandard product.
I bought the Kettler 600 R which should work through Bluetooth with Kinomap and Zwift applications. Unfortunately none of these app have been working with this bike and my IPad pro 2024. Same thing with another Ipad Pro and after deleting and resetting both devices. The swiss KETTLER reseller (trisport AG) is closing all my complaints since 5 weeks. Terrible support and terrible bike. Never again. I have now to transmit my case to a Swiss consumer association.
I have a kettler axos r bike that had an error that i had no clue what to do about or what was worng with the bike, so i sent a mail to kettler asking about it and got a fast reply where they told me what was worng and what was needed to fix the bike, they sendt me a new servo motor and after i installed it the bike is back in working order, best support i have ever seen from any company.
Can only recommend buying fitness equipment from them, not only is the equipment great but the support is in a class above everyone elses.
