So Thurrock council want to make me wait over 24 hours with no heating or hot water with a disabled child called this man in a state of panic and clueless and Daren has got my boiler working within minutes super speedy response and fixed the problem just as quick after a stressful week has restored my faith that there’s still good people out there highly recommend and a Friday night at 9pm as well top company will keep this number and highly recommend 😊

Our Central Heating system had been slowly dying over a number of years. Into Plumbing diagnosed & resolved the failures in the system quickly & efficiently.
They clearly know these systems inside out and were able to explain the problems and the fixes.
They get on with the work, leave the house as they found it & are reasonably priced.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Out boiler lost pressure and we had no idea on how to get it to work. Through a couple of photos and WhatsApp he talked us through getting it working again. Amazing service, will definitely be using Into Plumbing and Heating for our servicing in the future.

Our boiler stopped working and Darren kindly came over and fixed it for us. Where as others may have tried to claim it beyond repair, in the hopes of selling us a new boiler, Darren was honest and found a fix. He was reliable, fairly priced and had excellent communication with us throughout. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will certainly be using Into Plumbing and Heating again.

I had an issue with my boiler (no hot water or heating). From the moment i called, i was given a first class service. My problems were sorted quickly without fuss, everything was explained in laymans terms, the work completed quickly and at a fair price. Another issue i was unaware of was highlighted and not put under any pressure just helpful advice. Will use the company again and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone... thankyou

Gas boiler failed just before Easter 2022. Darren and his team replaced the boiler as soon as was possible. The installation was tricky as a long flue needed replacing and they made very little mess and actually filled in the holes thay had to make in the ceiling. I checked their price against BOXT and found it very favourable with the advantage that if anything went wrong I was sure I would get immediate help also due to the flue I'm not sure BOXT would have done the job.

I am very pleased with the prompt and professional way they conducted the work and would highly recommend them.
