We had an overflowing loo which we called Darren out to look at. Turned up within an hour of calling, immediately put right the overflowing water and diagnosed the problem that was causing it. Replacement unit was sourced and fitted within an hour of the next visit and everything is working fine. Quick, reliable, price quoted was the price charged. Would recommend.

Phoned today and got a plumber out within 10 mins, couldn’t believe how fast they arrived. I also got some advice on the phone on what to do in the meantime. My husband had drilled through a heating pipe in the wall while putting up shelves :,(. The plumber was really friendly and quick to sort it out and did not make fun of my husbands mistake.. too much haha. Price was so reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend.

Not the first time I have used this company and as usual received first class service. Darren explained and carried out the work expertly. Wouldn’t use another plumber!!

Appointment was at ten am and at 9.45 I was told he would be a bit late because he was looking after a customer!! He rocked up at 10.30 and very apologetic!!! For me this is brilliant customer service! Spent the whole day sorting lots of problems! I had no showers,taps no pressure basically dark ages ! All sorted !! Don’t get me wrong it cost 1,million dollars 🤣 thanks for your help and your number is in my phone !!!

I would highly recommend due to great service/value for money. I had 4 engineers Look at my heating system. I received different advice from all engineers with conflicting information. Darren diagnosed the fault shortly after attending my home and running diagnostic checks on the heating system. 5/5

Darren to the rescue!!! Woke up to find my hot water cylinder leaking badly and making terrible noise. After a very panicked phone call Darren was very helpful and calming and quickly came out to assess. Leak stopped, faulty parts replaced and all done quickly and efficiently! Will definitely use again and cannot recommend highly enough 👌
