Well since you want a review so bad, This has to be the dumbest piece of technology I've ever held. Distractions are illegal while driving, but I have to dig around to find the device and then blow in it until I gag mid freeway for a random retest? And the mouthpiece never stays on so I have to reach around the car ALSO mid freeway to find the piece of plastic that refuses to stay on.

I would give Intoxalock zero stars if I could. This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I call, I seem to get a different answer, and important information is either left out or not explained until it becomes a problem.
Most of the representatives I have spoken with appear to be based overseas, and the phone connections are terrible. Calls constantly have bad reception, making it difficult to understand what is being said or get the help I need. On top of that, the representatives give conflicting information, which makes an already stressful situation even more frustrating.
When you’re dealing with an ignition interlock device, you need accurate information and reliable customer support because mistakes can cost you time, money, and potentially cause legal problems. Customers should not have to call multiple times just to get a straight answer.
This company needs to seriously improve its customer service, train its employees better, and stop leaving out important information that customers deserve to know upfront.
I would not recommend Intoxalock to anyone. If you have another option, I strongly suggest looking into it before choosing this company.

20 years sober
20 years sober. Nothing but problems with this company's equipment. I've been stranded with device malfunctions so many times it's not funny. In a year of having this company's equipment I've spent 5 months not being able to drive due to no fault of my own yet still charged the fee's as if I was able to drive. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR IID. Fraudulent company with Fraudulent practices. Device ruins car battery's and will get you re suspended due to no fault of your own. They do not stand by they're equipment or customers. It's a sham to keep you non compliant and stuck using they're equipment. If stuck using this company take pictures and videos of everything that happens with your machine. It's the only way to protect yourself as they're goal is to keep you suspended and stuck with they're machine. Customer service is bar none the worst I've ever experienced in my time on this earth.
**edit---- your deeply sorry yet your doing nothing to stand by your customer that is now unjustly suspended due to your faulty equipment? Also no mention of returning any of the 5 months of payments for time I wasn't able to drive due to your machine malfunctions that were already proven to be the cause of the suspension you never bothered to tell the secretary of state about was on your end and you intoxilock had to pay the service center to fix the problem ? If your deeply sorry stand up for your paying customer that's 20 years sober and should have no issues with your equipment. I have 4k camera footage your machine messed up and I did nothing wrong.
