I have reviewed your order and can see that you purchased part UE33064‑X from our Prestige Parts range. All Prestige Parts are manufactured to OE specification or above, so I have asked our Quality Control team to look into this — we always want to be fully confident in our products, and we take any concern seriously.

We do wish you had reached out to us beforehand, as this is exactly the kind of situation we would have loved the opportunity to help with. Without being able to discuss it first, it is difficult to know with certainty what has happened here, but we hope to have more clarity once the investigation is complete.

In the meantime, I have arranged a full refund back to your PayPal account, and you are of course welcome to hold on to the part while we look into this.
