First class first class aid.

The part I needed was not readily available, but diligence on behalf of your staff procured an aftermarket item which was cheaper than retail, has a three year warranty, and was obtained quickly.
Shame on Bentley.

Upon reviewing your order, I can see that you purchased part number RE10621-X. We have checked our warehouse stock against this part number, and it appears to be correct. I am therefore unsure whether you received an incorrect part compared to the part number ordered, or if the part is not suitable for your vehicle.

I still have not received my order for…

I still have not received my order for 2 X 1 litre Mineral Oil and Custom Filler for my 1991 Bentley Turbo R.

I appreciate that this requires shipping form UK to Western Canada but it is now more than two weeks.

Dear Mr Holmes. Thank you for letting us know that you have not yet received your order. Unfortunately the office is currently closed for the weekend as you have reached us out of hours, but I have already put a request in for the team to investigate the delivery progress on Monday.

As far as I can see, it is still within the expected delivery timeframe, as we indicate 5-10 working days for this Royal Mail Tracked & Signed International service. Your order was placed on the evening of December 31st and processed on the following working day - the 2nd January 2026. You should have received a dispatch notification from us that day. It has therefore been with Royal Mail for just one week, and we would expect delivery from this point onwards.

However, please do expect to hear from the team on Monday with an update and further tracking information, and of course, should any issues arise in the meantime, please reach out directly to me. Many thanks, Annika

Delivery - An amazing experience.
