Help in need

When you call IntroCar the voice behind the phone is always happy to assist in any of the obscure explanations I might have regarding trying to explain what I’m really looking for. You always have the part I need and on top of that it feels as soon as I have put my phone down it’s already on its way to me . The sales team are always enthusiastic and knowledgeable which is a reflection on the company itself. 5 stars

Excellent service from IntroCar.

Firstly, having a real person to speak to on the phone and not some automated voice was wonderful.
Secondly, the man on the phone spoke clearly, was friendly and most efficient.
Thirdly, the item I required was dispatched promptly, carefully wrapped and arrived next day.
Excellent service in all aspects. Thank you.
