The parts I was looking for were easy to find on your website. Ordering and payment were also straightforward and simple to do. In a matter of a few days (I am in Canada) my order arrived and was exactly what I expected. To say your service is excellent is an understatement. I will look to you for any future needs I have.

Rivets should be supplied with same.

Disappointed that rivets were not included in price of brake linings as others do which I later learned.

Very pleased with the result as I am doing business with Introcar for many years and they provide an excellent service.

Regarding the rivets not being included with the brake linings, our current practice follows the original parts listing provided by Bentley Motors, where rivets have traditionally been sold separately. That said, we fully understand that new rivets are typically required when replacing brake linings. In light of your feedback, we will now include them as standard with all future lining purchases.

To address the inconvenience, we will be issuing a refund for the cost of the rivets. Please expect this to be processed within the next 3–5 working days.

There are so many parts for these cars from 1946 on (over 110k listed on our website), it is very hard to have photos of all parts, particularly those which are hard to come by or are very infrequently sold / searched. We take a view to ensuring items are available for customers to search and access, rather than restrict to only those we have images for. We also add images at a rate of around 50 - 100 per month which is a large and ongoing task!

However, if you ever need information or photos of any part, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we would be more than happy to assist.

Great Customer support and service

From first contact Philip at IntroCar could not have been more professional and helpful. His advice was great and Checking of the detailed requirement was thorough. An excellent service with great consideration for the customer. Their returns attitude and procedure were equally straightforward and positive. On The 3rd of May I ordered an oil send…

On The 3rd of May I ordered an oil send for 59 Rolls Royce, it was scheduled to arrive on the 15/5/25. That being the case I planed to undertake a 2000 Kilometer trip on the 16/5/25. The oil sender has not arrived, the DHL tracking web site no longer gives an arrival time.
Have I been scammed? We will have to do the trip with no oil pressure reading. Thanks Russ
