I just finished the Cambodia intro part of the Epic Asia tour, and I couldn't recommend it enough! What certainly made the trip special was having Logan as our group leader, he was so enthusiastic about everything the trip had to offer, and he never failed to bring the vibes up! I loved that he felt more like a friend than a leader, but it was still also very clear he was constantly looking out for us all. Only thing I would've wished is that the trip was longer, but apart from that, the activities that are fit into the 10 days do still give you a good taste of Cambodia!!

Such an unreal experience! Our New Zealand tour guide Tommy was so efficient and organised, making the trip super fun and relaxing. Couldn’t recommend intro travel more, you meet the best people in the coolest places for affordable prices and with an enthusiastic tour guide who shows genuine care and kindness towards every tour member I couldn’t ask for anything more :)

Saw a lot of beautiful beaches and did a lot of fun activities (eg 3 boat cruises, kayaking in mangroves).

Lachie was a great down to earth and genuine tour guide. Having him definitely enhanced the Japan experience! He is responsible and professional whilst being being just 'another one in the group'.

I have just competed my trip, and Cambodia stood out as a main part,
mainly due to our tour guide Logan making it so memorable. He was like a best friend who kept us safe, he gave us a lot of cultural knowledge about the places we went to and always made sure we was having fun, and enjoying the trip. I have had the best time, thank you so much Logie Bear 🫶

I’ve just finished my tour in Cambodia and it was one of my favourite places I’ve been to. Our group leader Logan really made a difference on the trip with his positive energy, always bringing the laughs but also making sure everyone is okay and feels included. He was very knowledgable on Cambodia and it was nice to see how friendly he was with staff from hotels/bars/restaurants etc. Everything felt very organised and ran smoothly so the trip was a great way to end the Epic Asia tour

I went on the 17 day New Zealand tour and had Tommy as my group leader. The tour was incredible and included the most amazing activities and experiences that I’ll never forget. Tommy was an incredible group leader and as someone who has been on multiple Intro tours, he was one of the most knowledgeable, caring, and supportive leaders I’ve ever had! I feel incredibly grateful🥹

Tommy consistently tailored the trip to best suit our individual needs. He was extremely adaptable and great at creating a positive and welcoming environment.

I had an absolutely fantastic time on the 17-day New Zealand tour, which started on 23rd January 2026. The itinerary was packed in the best possible way, with stunning scenery at every turn, great local recommendations, and plenty of optional activities to suit different interests and energy levels. It felt like we saw and experienced so much without it ever feeling rushed or overwhelming.

Our tour leader, Tommy, was a huge part of what made the trip so enjoyable. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly organised, keeping everyone on track effortlessly and completely stress-free. You could really tell he cared about making sure everyone had the best experience possible. Always had a Tommy tale handy at every stop.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore New Zealand in a fun, well-organised way. I’m already looking forward to booking future Intro Tours to explore other countries!

Tommy is the best tour guide he’s so organised and responds in 2 seconds with any questions you have. genuinely cares about all the people on his tour and takes the time to get to know each one of us on a friendship level. would love to go on so many more intro travel trips but no tour guide can match to tommy. all the activities were amazing and his knowledge on everything is insane. he deserves a pay rise and a private hotel in queenstown 🩷🙏

Did NZ South tour from 31st Jan - tour was good fun and the guide Tommy made the trip great and made sure everything went smoothly.

I just did the Thai experience tour with intro travel. I’m not sure if I can describe the experience with just a couple of words, I would probably have to write a book about it😅

AMAZING!!!

This trip was without a doubt one of the best trips I’ve ever been on! It was a small group of seven people which was just perfect👌🏻 everybody got along so well and I can say that I’ve made some friends for life! All the activities, trips, transportation and other was just so perfectly planed and I never had to worry about anything!

Maddie - was exceptional! She’s so kind, full with laughter, experience and just overall a fantastic human being🥰 she made everyone feel welcome and made sure everyone was safe! She communicated with us every step through every activity and made sure we had no unanswered questions at all times! Mr Boom!… where to begin?

He’s not just a local guide… he’s also your best friend as well! You could never guess how old he really is… (it’s a surprise🤭) Boom give us so much information regarding to Thai culture and was always up for an adventure with us, some adventures may have included a drink or two😅👏🏻 Boom - thank you for sharing your experience with us and for all the memories from this trip! If I’m ever in Thailand again, Boom is my first to contact!❤️

I completed the 18 day intro trip in Thailand and I genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough. There were such a range of activities and food options every day with free time to do your own exploring/relax. Charlie our tour leader and Amara our main local guide were exceptional, they kept us safe, well informed and most importantly had a good dance with us on the nights out! We did everything from temple exploring to beach days, and transport was made so easy even on the busy days. Really a trip of a lifetime made better by our leader/guide!

I went on the Thai Experience tour, Tash was our tour leader and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to lead us through the 2 weeks. She was full of energy, funny, always there to answer questions, explained all the plans with our local guide Brookie so everyone knew what was going on, she would check in if you weren’t feeling 100%, she’s just the best. All the activities and experiences are incredible, travel days were so smooth and our group was fab! Whatever tour anyone does, if you’ve got Tash as your leader, you’ll have the best time ever!

I completed a 17-day Intro Travel tour in November for both the North and South Islands of New Zealand, and it was absolutely incredible. The itinerary was packed with unforgettable experiences and stunning scenery.
A huge part of what made the trip so great was our group leader, Lauren. She was fantastic from start to finish. Lauren was knowledgeable, friendly and so much fun! She shared lots of fun facts about the places we visited and solved unexpected issues, like cancelled activities, quickly and smoothly. And I don’t think the trip would have been the same without her.

I did the 17 day tour across New Zealand, I made some incredible friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our tour leader Lauren was so knowledgable about the local areas and supportive of everyone on the tour. She was always around for help with anything and really made this trip as fun as possible for everyone. There were so many opportunities to do extra activities or to just explore and enjoy all the new places. I’m definitely recommending this trip to others, I already want to do it all again!

My experience was made incredible with intro travel as we had the most amazing tour guide Lauren Ryan. She made new Zealand such a special trip for all of us and showing us the best parts of it too. All her facts were so interesting and we learnt so much from Lauren too. Also what she did to make the tour fun was put games at the beginning of the north and south so we all got to know each other better. We also had such an amazing tour group which made the trip so much fun and we had so many laughs and good moments together. I made friends for life on this trip too and Lauren is one of them too she wasn’t just a tour leader to me she was a friend too . The way she support me and everyone through this tour was just so lovely of her and she got to know us all so well. Im missing this tour and Lauren so much . It was defiantly a lifetime experience that I will cherish forever. I would give Lauren 10 stars if I could she was the best !!

I just finished Intro Japan 17 day trip and it was absolutely unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of iconic cities and scenic countryside, All the activities you get to do are fantastic which helps make the trip what it is!

Lachie is the best tour leader I've ever had, he makes you feel so welcomed and is always there to help with anything you need. While traveling as a group he made everything seamless and fun and gave some Incredible food recommendations. His thoughtful pacing, and expert guidance throughout this trip captured the heart of Japan in the best possible way. I highly recommend this trip to everyone and you'll be so lucky to have Lachie guide you through it. 🇯🇵

I’m so happy I decided to join Intro travel for the 17 day Intro to Japan trip. The itinerary is an amazing mix of experiences and very well planned but also gives you some free time to explore on your own.

Lachie was absolutely the best tour leader for this trip. While traveling from city to city, he made all transportation run seamlessly. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about all topics related to Japan, but he also went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, make sure everyone felt comfortable, and assisted in any way he could throughout the trip. You’re in great hands with Lachie as a tour guide and I highly recommend traveling to Japan with Intro travel!
