Phenomenal

Phenomenal product, service, and experience!
Ordered the Bluetooth upgrade and Aux connector for series 1 Bose dock. Parts were in the following week. From start of install to pairing and playing music took all of 10 minutes. Very Pleased! I highly recommend. My only regret is that I hadn’t discovered their site sooner.

Great company with very helpful YouTube…

Great company with very helpful YouTube videos. I diagnosed the problem with my bose portable system and ordered the part and hey presto it worked no problem. Very nice, well mannered and helpful person on the phone offered me any advice I asked for and i would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars from me.

I learned about Invebo on Youtube video…

I learned about Invebo on Youtube video and sent parts for repair. Also, ordered upgrade parts and support cradle for Bose SoundDock. After repeated attempts to insert parts I had no sound. With the help of support staff my problem was solved and I I an upgrade wonderful sounding Bose SoundDock! My Thanks to their understanding and help. Excellent job Invebo staff.

Fabulous service!

What a service! The folks at Invebo have the parts, and, more importantly, the patience, to walk anyone through the process of rebooting any oldie (but still goodie) Bose SoundDock system. It's so gratifying in these days of planned product obsolescence to be able to find an affordable, knowledgeable service such as this.

Never received the ordered items

Never received the ordered items. Customer service stopped replying to any complaints. Asked to return the money for the missing items and I was still being ignored. Really can't recommend!

Original Soundock Repair.

Recently, my original BOSE Soundock stopped working. With the help of Invebo's excellent detailed video's, I pin-pointed the problem to the sound processor. Following the online instructions for postage etc., I sent the processor off and within a week, it was returned, fully functional.

Big thank you to Ed and the team, for exceptional customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend Invebo, if you want your Soundock repaired.

Fantastic service quick and easy

Fantastic service quick and easy. I paid online a fixed price for a Bose Sound-dock repair. A pre-paid postage slip was emailed. The repair was carried out and my Bose returned within a week. As promised the sound dock was like new. I was ready to buy a new system but couldn't see one that woukd be as good as the Bose at a similar price level and one that would play an old style adaptor ipod. Getting the repair solved all problems AND it guaranteed. Like I said fantastic service and value cannot reccommend highly enough - use with confidence

I live in the Virgin islands so getting …

I live in the Virgin islands so getting things repaired most often means shipping them off island. I recently purchased a used BOSE Sounddock on E-bay and when it arrived I noticed it wasn't charging my ipod. I found Invebo on line and decided to give them a shot. Their website was most informative and I found several youtube videos where technicians walk you through simple repairs. After a couple e-mails back and forth, I ordered the parts I needed online. They arrived quickly in the Virgin islands which is amazing considering how far away we are. I did the repair as shown in the video and now my Sounddock works like a charm! Nothing but a great job and thumbs up for these folks! Thanks Invebo!

Wow, what an absolutely fantastic service!!!

Absolutely fantastic service. I had almost resigned my old gen 1 Bose Dock to the dustbin until I found Invebo. I ordered a fixed price repair + a Bluetooth and Aux' In upgrade. True to their word, return label arrived, sent my unit, excellent communication throughout the very short process. I couldn't believe it when it arrived back within 4 days looking like a brand new unit and working perfectly, along with the bluetooth and aux' in sockets and even a new battery for the remote. I can't recommend Invebo highly enough (There aren't enough stars) and would use them again in an instant, although hopefully I won't have to.
Thanks for providing a superb service.

I cannot praise this company highly …

I cannot praise this company highly enough. So glad I found them during a web search because I was so close to throwing my Bose Sound Dock in the bin. From the first contact and quick response to the return of my product gleaming and working perfectly, their service was fantastic. Other companies should take note - this is how to treat and KEEP customers. Thank you very much, I've had a great weekend listening to my music.

Highly recommended if you need an upgrade!!!

Just a massive thank you!! The service was informative, simple to use and I was kept up to date every step of the way. I can't fault Invebo, they did a fantastic job on my original SoundDock, they brought it up to date and gave it bluetooth, fixed the issue I had with it and gave access to a jack lead discreetly at the rear of the unit. I've been listening to my music through it today as soon as I got it back and it is amazing. Good as new. Thank you once again Invebo, you do exactly what you say you'll do

They took my money and sent me nothing.

I had high hopes for the products sold by Invebo.
I sent my board in for repair. One year later no response. I contacted them and they apologized and said that the would send the unit. I thought cool, let's order the blueooth board and put it all back together at the same time.
I have received nothing. I have emailed them and heard nothing back.
This started in about December of 2015.
They were willing to take my money but I have received nothing in return.

From start to finish - painless!

From start to finish, a painless process. Peace of mind with a good returns policy and everything you need to repair your Bose dock in helpful and clear videos. Emailed and phoned prior to ordering my Bluetooth board and lightning cradle, very helpful. Thoroughly recommend Invebo.

They even answer the phone on Sundays. I had a broken Sound Dock, I fixed it myself after following the guidance in their online videos. I ordered the wrong part -my bad- and they caught the error and made sure I got the correct part. Totally recommended as a one-stop solution to all your Bose Sound Dock needs.

They do exactly as their website promises. 110% satisfied. Excellent company!

I had two Non functioning Bose series 1 sounddocks and tried to get them to work. I sent them in to Invebo for repair, upgrading to Bluetooth streaming and having a dock upgrade. I received them back very quickly. Each unit was thoroughly cleaned and looked like new. They even gave me a spare button battery for the remote control unit. They both work like new and it reminds me how excellent the sound quality is through them. Knocks the socks off units like UE Boom.
I then had a faulty original power supply on one of the Sounddocks and I sent this in to them. It was a really quick turnaround, came back in its original white Bose casing and now worked perfectly. What a service!

I read their reviews and looked at the various repair options. They are the only company who do this and I cannot praise them highly enough. Use them - you will not be disappointed, I promise you!

I sent two parts for my two Bose Sound …

I sent two parts for my two Bose Sound docks to Invebo for repair and upgrade. When they were returned to me one of parts was not fully functional. After telling them about the problem Invebo told to return the defective part for evaluation. I shipped the defective part to them via USPS at a cost of $22.50 for postage. The defective part was returned to me in working order. I then sent them the receipt for the postage and requested a reimbursement of $22.50 for the postage that I paid to return the defective part to them. They have refused to reimburse me for my costs that was caused by no fault of my own but caused by Invebo sending me a defective product.

They are also very slow in responding to questions and performing the work and returning the parts.

Boss sound dock repair

Just to write a comprehensive (and honest) review of my experience with invebo.
My Bose sounddock series 1 packed up and was seriously lost without it. Googled the pc for repairers For such items and came across videos on how to test/check for faults to said bose. (Invebo produced I might add ).
Long story short is I took their advice, stripped it down, posted the faulty part to test (which was free by the way), got an email saying what I was expecting, needs repairing. Part was then, quite quick if I might add, repaired, returned, replaced and.... Hey Presto !!!,back working... 1st class service..... Laura and Ed were excellent in their customer care, will definitely use again (if needed).
