Bose sound dock II Bluetooth up grade kit and cradle support
Just purchased the bluetooth upgrade kit for Bose sound dock 2 and the cradle support. Delivered next day as promised and as per online video very easy to fit (although no srewdriver was supplied but I have my own) sound quality seem to be the same as before. Cost was a bit high but I am please with the end result.

Great srevice it arrived 30 days late
I ordered a spare part for my BOSE Sounddock Portable as the iPod connector had broken.
The part arrived the very 30 days late and was very quick & easy to fit thanks to the online video instructions on their website. My Sounddock portable is now working like new again!
The $50.30 spent was very good value in my opinion, rather than having to fork out almost $250.00 to buy a new one! Great job Henery

Repair doesn't do what it says, and I can't believe how rude this guy was!
I paid £99 to have my SoundDock repaired and upgraded.
The website says:
...all docks will be fitted with a new docking connector...
and
"...also includes the USB charge upgrade modification to enable the dock to charge and play all iPhones and the newest Apple devices that require USB charging..."
This isn't true... it came back with an old-style connector (not iphone 5 / 6) and I can't charge my phone at all.
When I rang and explained, the guy said "well, we've sold hundreds of these and nobody has ever complained."
I asked if he'd like some customer feedback so he could understand why / how I had misunderstood, and his reply was "not really"
Maybe they do a good job... who knows.
But the service they sell is not the service they advertise, and I can't remember speaking to somebody so rude on the phone.
The only solution he offered was for me to package the dock and go to the post office (again) so that they could undo the repair, refund my money and send a broken dock back to me.
If you can find someone else to do the repair, I'd avoid these guys. I wouldn't recommend them.

Crapped out around a year of occasional use
Spent the money to salvage the BOSE system so I thought this would be a good investment. I read the customer reviews and thought everything was good. Then things crapped out for no reason. Apparently their parts don't last. Oh yeah and the reviews...they pick what they want shown as it says really small that the reviews are "unsolicited". This means that they pick info from emails to show. I can't go on their website and warn other people. Hence why I have chosen this forum. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY with INVEBO.

Great for BOSE Sounddock parts!
