We have been using IP for the past 3 years and honestly the customer service and tech team are amazing, willing to modify aspect of the software, so our data becomes more accurate. We have so many connections integrated and the team is always willing to help ensure our data is coming into IP correctly.

Great Software with a lot of features that I did not expect to be available. E.g. forecasting, purchase order creation, assembly ordering.
As we do not have an ERP system running, Inventory Planner does an awesome job in terms of replacing it.

Demand planner has revolutionized our purchasing process, what used to take hours with tons of human work now takes us less than 10 minutes.

It is important to base your buying decisions on data, without that you are essentially delivering opinionated purchase orders on some level to vendors. We use brightpearl core and even with the robust reports that would provide the manual effort was insane for a scaling company. To be able to get all of the information you need in one place, immidialaty.

5 Stars for support as well, quick answers, concise understanding of the system all make this application worth the money.

Without inventory Planner our stock control would not be anywhere near as good as it is. Whilst it isnt the cherapest on the market we find it extremely useful in planning our activity.

I recently interacted with Jasper from Inventory Planner regarding a complex inventory discrepancy, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. Jasper's ability to not only address the present problem but also anticipate further needs showcases a proactive service that's rare to encounter.

I left a one star review back in May about the onboarding experience being terrible. That triggered an initial response where they threw some more resource at it, giving us some hope. But 6 months later we are still not using the tool and everyone has lost interest in getting us working. They have outsourced the integration to an incompetent third party so have no control or knowledge of what is going on. They should never have promised us they could make it work.

Onboarding onto Inventory Planner has been a really positive experience for us. Matt was super helpful in showing us the tool, and despite us throwing challenging questions his way, answered our queries with thorough explanations, whether he had them himself or had to get them from the support team. We are really excited for how this tool will enhance our inventory management and cash flow accuracy.

Team are very helpful and know the product well. Once getting the hang of it there is another feature you didn't know about. But lovely team and amazing product!

We have used IP for just over 12 months. It has been a time saving and effeceint tool within our business. It has allowed us to focus on analysing data rather than spending time on building reports. It is a highly flexible tool and easily integrates with our existing systems.
Would highly recommend this platform.

Jansen was very helpful in finding the solutions we were looking for.

We've used BP since 2012 and in that time the business has grown from a small, relatively simple operation to a multi channel, multi warehouse e-commerce and storefront entity. BP, though not cheap is an excellent product. We also use Demand Planner (or Inventory Planner as it's now called) and Werewolf so we have the full offering of software.

Brightpearl's interface is by far the best on the market. There is other software that does certain elements better but overall it is the most stable package.

Demand Planner is rubbish for demand planning unless you have a very straightforward buying and selling process with your suppliers, but it's KPI reporting is extremely powerful and makes the software worth the investment. If you want to keep on top of your numbers this is the best tool out there.

Werewolf isn't the best WMS but for the price it's hard to beat. The superior options are 10x the cost. Some small fixes would vastly improve it, which we hope they will implement.

Pricing transparency would avoid the yearly haggling and sense of being squeezed as hard as you can take. But if you can afford it, it will do the job and let's face it, the job is a complex one that's fundamental to your business so it's worth getting the best you can afford.

We had been using Inventory planner for a few years now and we are very happy with their services. The integration between Quickbooks and IP is seamless and data and analytics are accurate. The CS team always try to solve all tickets finding the best solutions for you. The only improvement I recommend is the time it takes to respond to a ticket. Due to the time zone difference , it takes a while to resolve an issue but it does get solved and followed up at the end.

We've been using Inventory Planner for a few years now and have found it really useful in helping us plan and manage our stock levels at a glance. It allows us to easily see certain times of year when we have increased sales and forecast based on this or if we've had a trend for sales increasing in general.

The support team has also been excellent if I've ever had any questions they have been on it in resolving my query or providing me with more information to give me a better understanding of how its set up.

Whilst the product largely still does much of the work it used to do, there have been some changes that have broken some of the essential functionality we previously relied on and the support is just not as responsive as it used to be.

Although they are polite and appear to be as helpful as you'd expect, you're no longer treated like a unique and individual business and your specific needs aren't taken into consideration.
It's what we expected when they were taken over, but it's still very disappointing.
The way it currently works, I have to babysit it, and pretty much do all the purchasing and inventory management myself, whereas if we were able to go back to the way the functionality used to be, and also perhaps customise it a little further, I'd be able to delegate the purchasing to my team.

Inventory Planner has been a game changer for us. We have been using it around 8 months now and it has been instrumental for us to understand our sales patterns and replen programmes with a lot more insight in to margin, rate of sale, stock outs etc.

There is still a lot to learn due to the depth of options within the software but better to have too much than too little. Shout out to Teo for making all the learning material available to us in order to enhance our usability of the software.
