Still no response from Invesco

I have had a stocks and shares ISA with Invesco for several years, and had no complaints until they moved their management centre and changed online access to MyInvesco. Firstly, getting registered on MyInvesco was a nightmare, involving calls to customer service, with patronising staff suggesting, basically, that I hadn't followed their instructions, had forgotten usernames and passwords etc.; also the headache of secure messages, theirs being slow to arrive and repetitive. This was eventually sorted out.
Then I needed to change my email address with them. Again, a ridiculously long process, pretty much as above, taking hours of my time, phone calls, messages etc. Finally I was told it had happened. Tried to log in using new email: no go. It transpired that although they had changed the address they hold for contacting me, my username remained my old email address. Why??
The last straw was trying to take out money from my ISA. I can't even remember what the issue was here, but again I was trying over and over and phoning customer services. A polite and helpful member of staff did this for me in the end.
At this point, I raised a complaint. Received a letter fairly quickly, dated 18th June 21. "We'll contact you within four weeks of this letter with a response. If we've not given you a final response by then, we'll contact you with an update".
I have heard nothing from them since then. I phoned on 21st July and pointed this out. The woman whom I spoke to sounded entirely unconcerned, let alone offering an apology; said she would contact the complaints department. I asked what I could expect to happen: "They'll write to you".
Nothing more since then.

After emailing Invesco again, FAO the person whose name was on the letter of acknowledgment, I eventually got an email back (8th August) saying the letter about the complaint had been sent in July; should they send it again? Yes, I said, and maybe you could email it too? Oh no, they can't do that because of data protection (really?)
20th August, I email to say I still haven't had it. Usual auto response saying they will reply within two business days. Nothing at all yet: no letter, no email.

Customer service is atrocious-

Customer service is atrocious- I have been trying to contact Invesco for 2 days but they do not answer the phone. Because of their transfer to MyInvesco, I am unable to log on and trade on my account. I sent an email which they did not respond to for 3 weeks. I finally managed to contact them by phone last week and they promised all was now ok which it is not. The second part of log in, i.e - calling my mobile with a code has not happened and I have now been on hold for 25 minutes waiting for them to answer. As soon as I get through I will be closing my account with this dreadful company.

I am sure a lot of honest hardworking people work within this FIASCO for that is what this company is. I only have a very small fund and yet they lost a third of my money between 2018 and 2019, I asked for explanation, apologies and compensation, instead I received a very long winded catalogue of nonsense and flummery! Closely followed by a rude denial of any responsibility from a lady who, seemed to take pleasure in telling me that under no circumstances could I get in touch with her. They have so I gather now removed the guy who they say made some very unfortunate decisions and as far as I can tell made off with many peoples savings in his back pocket.

Misguided

We have been a Invesco client for at least 25 years, and recently we asked them to sell our shares both mine and my wife's, the price I was given was what I received, I gave them our joint bank account only for them to say not approved. This is a high st bank.

Any way they sent me a cheque which i had to make a special journey to the bank my cheque in the same account I gave Invesco.

My wife was given a price for her shares, and yet her payment went to her account it was £49.70 and when I complained to Jordie she came over quite rude and scarstic so they have messed up and what is point of given you a Price and then doing the deal we both Instructed them at the same time.

I am so glad we have cashed in as this is a company not to do business with totally unprofessional.

Thank you
Ajit
