I have been buying from Investor Crate for over a year. They are quick on shipping and they send out add-on's on the 15th of the month if you want something more than your subscription. I had one issues with them and reached out to them and they fixed it with no questions asked. A great company and easy to deal with, that's why I keep buying from them.

It’s like Christmas every month, never know what I’ll get but never disappointed! No generic silver rounds sent out but BU coins and always different. Maple leaf, Britannia’s etc. As a veteran it’s a joy to support a company set up by veterans.

I placed my order with Investor Crate and was excited. Patiently waiting for my package like a little kid on Christmas! It finally arrived and I ripped open the package and there they were...the silver that I ordered was in the package but it seemed light. I reached out to them and sent the information into them and they agreed that it was light and immediately sent out the remainder of my order. I will order from them again..recommend 10/10.

The idea of a subscription to slowly build a collection is genius, I have loved waiting every month for the past 7 months or so for the package to arrive month after month. As someone who was raised in a military family the veteran owned situation makes it that much better. To start with I was only doing $50 monthly silver crates but I just upped it to $150. The amount I pay over spot for the silver is surprisingly small and that's how I know they love their business not just trying to money grab everywhere they can. You cant get this level of care, quality and personal customer service from large corpo sellouts. These people are the real deal and I have been trying to get all my buddies to subscribe. Keep up the good work y'all and I hope you get those fake reviews figured out because y'all deserve nothing but 5 stars. God bless

Investor Crate provides a fantastic way to steadily invest in physical gold and silver at relatively great prices and with excellent service.

This company really does produce fine precious metals! They ship in a timely manner and it is packaged with great care. The only things that I have concerns with are the lack of any support as the web page is broken in a few areas. There is no phone number yet and the email link does not work. Please fix this. Also please make logging in much easier than it is currently.

If you have a complaint about this company you either have no idea what precious metals costs are or your a competitor trying to steal business. This Company is awesome and treats its clients fairly!

I have to be honest I was hesitant to sign up with this subscription and expected it to be a rip off but went ahead and gave it a shot and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I got just about my exact dollar amount spent in silver at spot prices which is just unattainable anywhere else. And it was not junk silver but solid premium silver and gold. Definitely happy I gave these guys a shot.

I started out years ago getting a gold and silver combo each month and then the last couple years I switched to all silver crate. I have had nothing but great experiences with Investor Crate and the one time I was sent half the purchased value of silver the error was acknowledged and I was made whole the next shipment.

They have an add on page every month with good deals they will add to your box with no extra shipping. This is hands down the best subscription based bullion company I've ever dealt with.
