Everything is so professional, clear and kind. I feel like I’m in safe hands; Harley Woolf answered all my questions and I look forward to coming into the clinic and proceeding with treatment. Unlike other consultations I’ve had, this one was easy to book, non-judgemental and left me feeling excited and supported. Thank you again!

Beware of this team. Dont trust the fake positive reviews here. Read the Reddit reviews! This is likely a scam and at least highly dubious and not at all trustworthy. Definitelly the worst cowboys in this market. A firm of highly agressive junior sales people led by a suposed dentis Dr. Soumaya Zinet ( a junior dentis, not even Orthodontist). A person that exists on Instagram and can not be met in any dental clinic so I ahve been told. Their sales pitch comes with a dozen false statements and refusal to answer any simple quaestion in writing. This alone should ring alarm bells. After a 10min video pitch + 10min dentist pitch (*by a very junior guy who did not provide a name), the payment pressure starts right then. Already on the dental chair, sales staff pushing for payment of the full amount. They promisse lots of "included services" verbally but refuse to confirm anything in writing or per email, in general refused email communication, just pushing for payment and not at all focussed on any customer concerns. I doubt the aligners even exist, and if so they are likely as unprofessional as the team, then I would not trust them at all. Its likely a scam. I doubt they follow any regulation and I doubt the company will still exist in 6 months.

I had my virtual consultation with Josh who guided me through the entire process from start to finish and what each step of the treatment would entail, he was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I had a look on their website yesterday and their advertising looks promising, so I booked an online appointment today to know more about the product. One of their staff troy was able to talk me through the steps and he was nice and accommodating. Then once im happy, he booked me another appointment for physical assessment next week in one of their dental clinics in London. Very quick process and I just have to pay £25 for the dental scans and assessment. I hope everything goes well and make me smile more often and confident. Fingers crossed!
