The people there are always very friendly and helpful no matter what I needed. I have never had an issue with the Actual factoring service of my loads. The website is great it’s not hard to get around on. I think triumph does a great job.

I gave them 1 star because I had to. Never seen a factoring company that I have had to stay on top of every minute.
Payments delayed - fuel advances take up to 4 hours if it is not after hours then it can take 15-20 hours. No weekend service.. had to do their work for them. Do not advise you if there is any problems. Have had it take 2 weeks to receive payment on a load.
Talked down to me like I am stupid. Tell you one thing and then it is something else.
Rude and think they know everything. When my year is up I am out of there, Just a horrible company to work with. Lesson learned, I will do alot more research on my next factoring company.

It's very hard to work with them. I had to spend a lot of time, energy, nerves, and money to deal with them.

When I first started my Trucking company I spoke with several factoring companies, they couldn't help me . I call Triumph Capital talked over the phone with an advisor, he was very helpful and was willing to set me up. I have been doing business with Triumph Capital for two years with no problems. They do what they say they will.

Very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous! Solution oriented and extremely prompt with quick responses. The best financial institution I have ever dealt with in 25 years.

They convinced me to quit with fleet one and then after I got the release letter, they told me they denied me for factoring without giving me any reason as to why they denied me. Stay away from these unreliable and colossal time wasters.

don't make complaint or he don't buy your load, they make you hate this business and they can make your life miserable , this team abuse their position, make you feel like you're in Mexico and that they're your bosses.I do not recommend this team
LAZY ACCOUNT MANAGERS, get pay with out do nothing, they remove your loads from his page, with out reason if you realize first they don't know what happened and 2 you have to give it up to the confirmation number, day, time.. to be accepted the, and then they tell you it's a system problem, the page makes its own decision if you don't realize, you lose your money, they don't pay it and they don't care because he doesn't like you.
Nothing professional,they don't care because it doesn't affect them.
PLEASE
Triumph needs to change its protection to its customers vs its employees, pay basic salary to your employees and the other commission and will see how their treatment changes and effective.

We keep growing with Triumph Business Capital. They have helped us from the beginning and we have received so many advises how to expand in business .

I recommend this company over all others.
