Triumph has done nothing but cause problems for us as well as customers, I do not recommend using Triumph!

I've been in business with triumph for about 2 years, these people lie about everything. (deposits, holding reserves, denying brokers, etc)

deposits: do you think its right for a factoring company as big as triumph, to be E-mailing me saying we've funded you with $2000, then as the money hits the account they've only deposit $1500.00, when i ask what happened to the rest all they could answer is : it's for reserves, they dont say for who, for what, they say oh its short pay then i call up a company and they tell me they're not rejecting nothing that its on triumphs end, hmmm seems fishy to me.

holding reserves : they randomly hold reserves, these people will hold up to 10Grand on your account for no reason, theyve been doing it for months, theyve been falsifying their deposit reports and what actually goes in my account.

denying brokers : they provide a MC credit check for brokers, i could search up a broker and they're approved, but when i factor and if that brokers rating dropped to where they're denied out of no where they won't pay you those loads, theyll say submit to us for payment, and when the other party does pay triumph doesnt want to send you the checks for your payment, they want to hold out, theyve hold out on me on 3 occasions, on loads with over $1500.00 involved, it sucks to lose 10K a year for triumphs fault,

Your appointed team sucks, they dont handle nothing, you have to go above and beyond with these people to get a answer, all their factoring employees are immature, they promise you something over the phone all sweet and stuff and then in reality they're no where close to a good customer service, they're terrible.

You can check broker ratings on their app and it will tell you if they are approved for factoring. No need to worry about when your going to get paid cause it’s always there within two or three days.

We have only been working with Triumph Business Capital for a little over a year, but they have proven to always work toward a win-win solution each time we needed support or a solution to one of our challenges. It's nice to know that when we make the call in need of a workable answer, Triumph has always come through for us!

Overall it is excellent company only downside for me is talking on the phone with them feels like you were talking to a FBI agent .

Fast payment. Not always in 24 hours but with in 48 hours and in the bank in 72 hours. Very simple to upload your invoices. Very easy company to work with. I don't have any complaints so far as long as they keep up the good work and quick payments. I always check the brokers credit for funding approval before I ever book a load to make sure I get funding. I'm not the type of guy that wants to wait 30 plus days to get paid for the loads I haul.

Triumph has been a tremendous partner in building our company, there's no way we could have started without their help, and even more important, they have been key in our day to day operation making it possible to us to focus on what we know how to do.

When you are a small carrier a factoring company can do two things for you, it can make you go bankrupt, literally in a matter of days, or it can become a key business partner and that is what we have found while working with TBA, a true business partner for success!

The level of customer services and the efficiency of TBC is indeed a 5***** one

Over my 20 years in the industry-this is the third factoring company I have worked with. As long as I submit clear paperwork-everything goes smooth. I can review everything on my account with ease to make sure I stay on top of it. The other two factors I worked with in the past were alright-but required constant followup to make sure they were doing their jobs-I have no time for that. Triumph gets business taken care of without me having to push them along at every turn like the others.

In general they are a very serious company,I’m with Triumph for over 3 years and I always liked them,,,specially when I worked with Mike Henderson and Shanon,,,but since I got Erika Rede in my team it became crazy,,,looks like she doesn’t want to think at all,,,she denied my friend’s load of bees because she believes that it was transported without haves,,,,:)and she will never purchase your load before she receives the original BOL even if u give her the tracking # that confirms that the paperwork have been sent,,,I never had it before,,,,now I’m thinking to switch to fleet one if they don’t change my processing team,,,,

I recommend this company over all others. There staff is outstanding. Problem solving excellent. I've been in business since 2015. From the representative who I first made contact with to the present is all been a very productive and successful experience. They made my start up smooth and hassle free. Triumph has been and will remain a very important part of my operation.

I saw many reviews of TBC on various websites, including this one. Buyer beware!!!
As a new carrier, we were not thrilled about factoring but 10K in trk repairs for our 1 trk a week after we got our authority, left us in a bind.
We raised numerous questions about all the bad reviews. Our sales Rep assured us things have changed. As a small business owner, I need problems fixed not done half a**by an hourly paycheck playing employee.

The 1st 24 hours! What a nightmare. Submitted POD 3 times and kept getting kicked back for same reason. Finally spoke with Ashly who at first acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to work.
1 of the many negative reviews, rude, nonfriendly, give not a damn.
She Finally, actually listened and saw the new POD had been uploaded and said " these are great pictures", we'll have you funded in 30 minutes. 5 hours later, multiple phone calls and emails and 1 POD is still being denied.
Our account manager, Valeria Nino, straight up lied to us, the broker, and only after being caught did she try to play catch up and do her job.
Previously, We've been leased to a carrier for over 2 years, booking our own loads and working with brokers etc. Have many strong, firm relationships and Valeria lied about what the Broker said and did. Yet, for over a year, he has nothing but honest and upfront.
Only after Valerie realized we had an established history did he actually do her job, back pedal, and tell the whole truth, revealing important information. Yup, she tried to play carrier against broker.
I hope she is fired for lying.

NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND Triumph is everything I found negative online. Rude CSR, LAZY ACCOUNT MANAGERS, kicking back POD, all has came true in less than 24hrs of being a client.

They approve brokers who don’t always pay on time which results in charge backs they don’t make you aware of the situation till they charge you back then give you hell about getting your money from the broker which is an approved broker through them they will turn their back on you and say you deal with it it’s not our problem
