Excellent service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Took prescription, measured up and got great glasses 2 weeks later. Due to a high prescription I had to get the very thinned lenses and even then the cost was a third of other places. Great quality frames and the varifocal lenses are the best yet (not the same as being able to read prior to needing them but still better than the previous from an expensive high street brand.) would definitely recommend (and have done!)

Nice showroom, great selection of frames. I quite literally fond the frames I liked almost immediately, and I am fussy and had tried several other opticians without success. The choice here is varied and unique.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful (both when I ordered and when I collected my glasses).
Glasses were ready when they said they would be. Been wearing them for around 3 week now and I am delighted. The frames and lenses (vari focal and reactlight) were just what I was looking for.
I was told that this is 100% a Scottish Business - what's not to like??

Excellent customer service when in store and the product quality is very good as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good range of styles to choose from. The ones I chose are comfortable and I'm very pleased with them. The time taken for them to be ready once ordered was as advised at the time of ordering.

Bruntsfield shop manager Jo, very helpful and spent time discussing if frames suited.
The only criticism I would have is no eye test available in store, this may cause a problem getting a prescription from a rival optician.

I visited Iolla's new shop in Morningside Edinburgh a few weeks ago and had an excellent service from the two charming girls in the store. They were both so very helpful, engaging and honest with me which I really respected. I have ordered my glasses and they have arrived, very good service and i have collected them. Could not recommend this company or indeed the Morningside shop more highly. Easy to park and a great experience.

For my best friends 50th coming up in April I ordered get a voucher for new glasses. Immediate e voucher code via email and a tracked physical card arrived a few days later. Excellent service and she will be so happy.

I have bought 5 pair of glasses at least that I remember and for me this brand is uniquely amazing! I will keep buying my glasses there until they are open! Incredible attention and the shops they have always been so cool. The process is efficient and they don’t take long to make them so, a happy buyer

The staff in the Bruntsfield branch are super friendly and helpful giving you an honest opinion to help you choose your new frames, just what you need. I had a small issue with my glasses when they arrived but Joanne rectified this really quickly. I am delighted with my new glasses and would definitely recommend Iolla if you need new glasses.
