Great communication and always thinking outside the box with issues. Great service!

This is the third time I've tried dealing with IONOS, and it's the final. After two failed attempts to set up a simple webmail and, finally, hosting, I'm going to have to declare this the worst IT experience I've ever encountered.

The user experience is VERY difficult for a disabled person, and the customer support is next to useless! In fact, I'll declare them useless, as the one advisor didn't even know how or where to upload files to host the site, even though proudly announcing that was his job! Requested callbacks never happen; it's very difficult to even get a site hosted when even the staff don't know what they're doing. I'm now trying to cancel my contract and lo and behold, AN ERROR OCCURRED on their site, which means I've now been stuck on hold with their cancellation people for 20 minutes!

Do yourselve a favour, go sonewhere else!

Twice in one week our company emails have gone down, which affects us massively as a web retail business! Been on hold with Support now for over 40 mins!! So much for Support....We'll be looking to go with another more reliable company

I had an issue with my email and had to call customer support to resolve the issue. The time I had to wait was reasonable and the issue was resolved in a few minutes.

Bought the hosting services with Ionos and could not move the website. Times wasting & Escalated to the team and no response for more than 2 months til now. Dissappointed!

Works fine until you want to cancel a contract.

I've tried a total of 5 times to cancel a contract but keep getting a "We’re sorry, an error has occurred in our systems" error message. It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel!

I suppose it's like the old saying "you get what you pay for". Buy cheap, get cheap.

An above and beyond service which allows you to protect and present you business - the advisor I dealt with is a credit to Ionos

I called up to cancel one of my subscriptions. The operator was very helpful and offered me a loyalty discount for a period to give me a chance to transfer everything to the new website before closing the old one. She was very helpful and courteous with me.

I was having issues with billing emails after cancelling my contract. I called a few times and was told it had been resolved but it hadn't. Today I did webchat with Tyla to sort the issue out and it was seamless. Tyla was so helpful, friendly and investigated the issue for me while on chat with them. They have now resolved the problem for me which is great.

She was supportive and polite

My call was answered promptly initially with AI but that worked fine, and then by real person... Tyla was quick to understand, very polite, knowledgeable about what he could (and could not) access to help me, and as a result the call ended quickly and successfully.
Such a change from what we generally expect these days from big automated systems - giving you the runaround and driving you crazy with frustration over both idiotic system and hopelessly untrained employees
