DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY LOCK YOU INTO EXPENSIVE 12 MONTH CONTRACTS.
I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO PAY OVER £400 THIS YEAR FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY USELESS TO ME. WHEN I RANG THEM NEARLY A YEAR AGO NOW IT WAS BASICALLY "HA HA TOUGH WER'E GETTING YOUR MONEY FOR THE NEXT TWELVE MONTHS!!!!"
MANY FREE WEBSITES WITHOUT CONTRACTS OUT THERE.

As explained before, the 12-month minimum contract term was clearly displayed in your basket and overview pages on the website before the purchase was completed.
On 25 October 2025, two emails, “Your Order Information” and “Your Contract Information” were sent to your registered email address and were also available in your Control Panel.
Both confirmations outlined the 12-month minimum term, billing details, and the option to cancel within 30 days for a full refund under the money-back guarantee.
In addition, notifications confirming these contractual terms were available in your Control Panel.
This was not cancelled within 30 days and as explained previously, we could also see that development has already started and the website was currently live.

Was kept on hold for almost 45mins just to say there is no update on my complaint then kept on hold when I asked for a manager there was no manager available but I can get you my supervisor on hold again for another half hour, then she says I apologise for the hold how can I help you and now I have to repeat myself whyyyyyy then again awwwhhh I’m soooo sorrrryyyyyy to here that bla bla blaaa but we will get back to you with an update so I ask again do you have a ticket or reference number for me again JUST A BIG NOOOOOOOO I don’t know who is training such folks who allows them to take call before fully trained 8 days I have been chasing them ultimately I hope they will look into it now that I have posted good review they deserve
