The gentleman I worked with was FANTASTIC! He was so helpful. I had to take 4 different accounts, some that did not belong to me, with different emails and merge them into one account where I was the owner of all the domains. He was thoughtful, clear headed, and so good at making the changes I needed. I truly appreciated the wonderful customer service I received.

Very slimy company when it comes to hiding terms when signing up for services. I was completely unaware that I had signed up for a three year commitment for one of the services. Hidden behind other 1 year terms, language gets lost and you get conned out of more than you think you are going to. IONOS was not helpful in providing any form of customer support to come to a mutually beneficial agreement to save a potential continued client. I will never use IONOS services again. I feel taken advantage of. I don't appreciate hiding information and confusing clients on terms and conditions and no satisfaction guaranteed review to terminate terms you were unaware of or unhappy with.

Jennifer in Customer Retentions was an absolute godsend - just listen to the call and you will see why she excels at her job. It’s not easy in this day and age to deal with a lot of irate people calling into a service center. However, she handled the call like an absolute pro, realized the issue and attacked the problem and solved it. That is what customer service/retention is about. This is coming from a VP of a mortgage bank and may other businesses. It never came down the money aspect of my call l, rather the principle of a charge that should not have happened. I wouldn’t hesitate to have a her on my own team when it comes to dealing with issues we face in the customer service of our own company. She truly is a wonderful asset to your team. I can only hope you give her the praise, recognition and appreciation she deserves. Much appreciation Jenn - keep being you!
