IONOS automatically activated renewal on my domain without my permission, charged me an outrageous high price, and sent ZERO reminders beforehand. I never authorized this, and now they refuse to issue a refund despite proof I didn’t receive any notifications. Terrible customer service—steer clear!

Terrible service
Terrible service, I've been a customer for 10 years and the service isn't even considered basic, given their history of poor work and lack of empathy towards customers. They also seem unaware that servers are for other people's production environments, not just websites. Very bad.
I don't see the point in trying to communicate; you should talk to your departments and improve. For my part, I'm going to take precautions to ensure this doesn't happen again. I'm still very upset. I was supposed to start a project with a client last Monday and I lost money because of this problem. I insist, this isn't about a machine that just needs the operating system as you advertise it; it's about people and systems.

Regarding the third domain, it appears that it was not successfully registered. The amount you’re seeing is likely a temporary reservation hold made during the registration process — this is not an actual charge and will automatically be released by your bank.
For a smoother experience in the future, we recommend selecting the option indicating that you’re already an IONOS customer when registering new products. This allows you to manage all your domains and services under a single customer ID, making access easier for you.

They do not respect your rights…
They do not respect your rights accorrding to ICANN. They tend to bundle services and tell you it is not possible to only remain with single products. They told me it was not possible to remove hosting without loosing my domain. After insisting on a call center. No I have only my domain with them and hosting on other provider.

They force me to buy from the Mexican website, the same domain name was double the price , plus I need the main portal in english and is only available in spanish ....the experience was pretty frustrating

If you are a resident of Mexico, your contract should be made through ionos.mx (IONOS Mexico). However, you also have the option to contract through ionos.com (IONOS USA and worldwide). We have reviewed your customer record and do not see that you have contacted our support team, so we cannot determine why you had to contract through .mx instead of .com.
Regarding the language of the control panel, you can change it by clicking on the user icon in the upper right corner and selecting the "Cambiar idioma" option found at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
