I have using the mouth wash for almost a week, to be truthful the first two times I used it I gaged really bad but as I use it my mouth really does feel good and clean

My items were well packaged and secure

My items were well packaged and secure, I've never had a issue with delivery and the patients seem to take to the rinse, some even ask where can they buy it. We've been ordering this rinse since 2020 and will continue to purchase for our office.

UPS drops the ball

I have a problem in my area with package theft. UPS ignored my UPS access point drop off & the package was stolen. Iotech reshipped hassle free! New customer for life!

PRICE INCREASE…

You would get a great rating except for price.
I HAVE BEEN GETTING THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS AND JUST RECENTLY YOU RAISED THE PRICE AND CHARGED FOR SHIPPING.
IT STILL A GREAT PRODUCT AND DELIVERY IS GREAT
BUT THE PRICE MAKES ME THINK ABOUT ORDERING IT IN THE FUTURE

MY GO-TO RINSE FOR LIFE

I love the product. Definitely, my family and I will be using this rinse for life. The taste is different from other over-the-counter brands but easily adaptable. The neutral pH is appealing to children and adults. Please provide periodic discount codes for Holiday or for periodic occasions because we are coming back for more. Thank you!

Awesome customer relations

I received the wrong product and mentioned it on your Chat on Saturday. I was surprised to get a reply back on a Saturday saying that the correct product would be sent on Monday. Then an email on Monday confirming the shipment. That's great customer service via Mark Bloom!

I’m excited to have the product in our…

I’m excited to have the product in our office for its therapeutic benefits! Despite a quick fulfillment of the order, shipping took over a week, just from Florida to Texas, which is tough when competitors include the shipping charge (or adjust their cost accordingly) and it arrives in 2-3 days. Lastly, it would be amazing if the packaging was more esthetic. As it stands, it looks like brown listerine. We display most of our products in the office for patients to purchase, but this has to be hidden in a cabinet and dispenser as needed.
