Great piece of kit not losing parcels or missing anymore

I love the convenience of no longer having to run to the door when a parcel comes, or finding parcels in random places when I come home. Most of the delivery drivers live it also and comment on how much time it saves them.

Great product and amazing after sales support!

The box itself is the best idea ever. Being able to accept parcels remotely is a godsend. The customer service team (Paul in particular), answer any questions immediately making the investment in the iparcelbox kind of like a VIP concierge subscription for your deliveries. Highly recommend!

It works, but the operation logic is quite lousy.

It is also better to place a small built-in cam inside the box, so that we know whether it is empty or anything has been taken in/out the box

Had initial issue with setup not accepting the 32 character SSID, but got excellent support and the box is working well, albeit I had to shorten the SSID for it to connect successfully.

Already had a £5 gift credit from Amazon for a failed postal delivery that was marked as attempted.
I installed it myself but please note, a phone backup battery is a must to prevent it locking all the time till you add the house power supply … Fantastic product, well made and a reasonable price too 5 stars ⭐️

Brilliant bit of kit and very happy to buy

I need to be honest about it, the idea is very well projected the technology still need some work to get better. Had some issues installing the box but the assistants sort it out pretty fast. So yes Average good but with some need to be better, specially for the cost that is not the cheapest on the market.

Got the iParcelBox installed on my new house of Northstone. The box installation is not integrated and needs an extra external plug to get power. The external plug is difficult to close and keep the external socket closed for water ingress. The iParcelBox doesn't integrates with Alexa or anything, and the app is failing to send notification, have to add that is only free for 1 user, and requires a subscription of 24£ a year for a second user. The box also has a mailbox and this box was provided without any lock, had to implement something to avoid getting the mail stolen. For being a box that can be open remotely by a poor app, my expectations are not met.

Paul at iParcelBox is absolutely brilliant, I had a fault with the box and he was prompt in replying over email with help and instructions. As the fault ended up being electrical he then came to fix the problem shortly after, in the mean time kept in touch over email. Cannot recommend the customer service enough!

I ordered the XL box and solar panel which was out of stock at the time of ordering. I was made aware straight away of the estimate back in stock and when the box arrived it surpassed my expectations

It’s sturdy and easy both to understand and fit. Now in place I can finally have parcels delivered to my home, knowing when they have arrived and able to control the opening and locking of the box

As I can’t currently leave my house, it means the parcels are safe and secure until someone can come and remove them for me. It makes me feel so much more independent

The app is really easy to understand and use and the solar panel big enough to easily keep the battery topped up.

I haven’t needed customer support for set up, but having used them to ensure this was the right product for me, I am reassured that if I needed any help the response would be swift and helpful

Absolutely brilliant. Well worth every penny and so easy for the delivery guys to use too. I can’t recommend highly enough.

It does exactly what it is advertised to do. It is well made, sturdy and functional.

This clever box is a must-have for accepting parcels when you are not home! Done with going to the postoffice or your neighbors to get your package... or searching in the backyard where the courier has left it. Our courier don't even ring at our door anymore, he's put it direct in the box... amazing!
The box itself was well packed arrived, and the installation and connection with the box went flawless. For a penny per month you can get the premium service with nice extra's you can do.
And if you have problems, mister Paul is here to help you. He responds in no-time your questions! I've had a missing antenna and Paul helped me outstanding and delivered me the antenna a few days later!

Support for Arlo cameras & Google Home/Assistant are the only things I miss, but I'm sure this will be added soon in the future :)
