Couldn't really ask for more

Not much more to add! I was having my old phone repaired for a friend and was able to send it in and have them post it on to my friend's address.

The finished result is like new and the courier collection made it convenient. Good communication from collection to completion of the repair. There was lA breakdown of communication as the job was completed one Friday and not collected from iPhone surgery until the Tuesday. None the less an excellent quality service be patient with them and the do the job really well. New iPad for under £60 sorted.

A reasonably priced service (extremely when compared to Apple). All went as indicated and working perfectly. Return courier service used was one where you have more control over delivery time/options.

Sent off my iPod for a new battery on Monday, got it back Friday afternoon! Fantastic service, very quick and the cheapest available (£90 cheaper than Apple!). Battery life is as good as new. Excellent, would recommend

I was a bit sceptical about sending my IPAD for repairs, but iPhone surgery was recommended to me. It was easy to book a repair on the internet and the instructions were clear. I booked early return which was great. I was kept informed when it was repaired and sent out. It arrived just as stated. I am really pleased with the service I received and the repair that was done. I will definitely use iPhone surgery again. The only negative was that I couldn't track it with the delivery company. Overall it was a great service - Thanks.

My daughter had a iPhone with a broken screen, exploded battery and suspect Sim card not working. Took it to the iPhone Surgery and they sorted it, all a very smooth, efficient process and a great price too. All precious photo's etc were retrieved. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Compared with the person who offers to replace the screen for £50 in the shopping centre, there is no contest.

Had options before repair and posted back.
However I did think that I was getting the ipad screen repaired for £25. Infact it was a diagnostic "read everything first". BUT the diagnostic cost was removed once I agreed to a screen, total cost £30. Also had the wi-fi aerial replaced, much better signal now! All in all a good experience.

Held my iPhone for best part of a week before looking at it, then told me they don't know what's wrong with it. If people sign up for the same day service, your stuff keeps slipping to the back of the queue. They should promise a minimum turn around period.

I sent my water damaged phone. After a week later, I got my phone back along with the email that my phone could not be fixed. Their website however makes tall claims about not only fixing the water damaged phones but restoring the data as well! So I am highly disappointed and feel like I have wasted my money and time by sending it to them.

I put my trust in 'iphone surgery', this resulted in my phone being stolen whilst it was being sent back from them in what is described as 'responsible delivery'... what a sham! the box had 'iphone' written all over it with no protective packaging; practically inviting someone to steal my phone! I am shocked at the inconsiderate packaging and lack of thought for customers possessions. Surely an inconspicuous packaging is fully necessary, not a box with IPHONE written all over it...

Fantastic service! From booking the repair online, emails received to say it had arrived, was being worked on and had been returned, to the prompt return of the item in a well packaged parcel. Excellent value, would highly recommend.

Great value - went for the courier service for a damaged iPad screen and it was so quick, and so easy. Picked up from my home on Monday afternoon, delivered back to me on Wednesday morning. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

How can I make a review when I have not received my phone back. They have had is for 4 working days, no update.

good honest service

I bought a cheap 2nd hand iPhone that had a faulty home button. IPS were able to repair this and send it back to me within a few days, all for £29.99. I am very happy with the final result and it was very easy and cost effective. I recommend their service.

Did exactly what they said they would. Only real problem was the delivery company but that wasn't their problem so won't go into that here.

Would certainly use them again.

I was convinced my phone was totalled, no home button, screen completely smashed and the front camera hanging out. I was quoted over £300 from Apple and was told it would take over 2 weeks, I then out about iPhone surgery and the cost of the repair was only £150. I received my iPhone 4 days later in mint condition!

Outstanding service - completely smashed iphone 5S screen restored to new in 2 days... fully recommended.
