Would use them again..

fantastic service and very reliable ....highly recommend....used these guys twice now !

A serious lack of communication from IPhone Surgery, they informed me they had received my phone prior to me even sending it to them therefore I was receiving repair information regarding someone else's repair.

Once my phone has been returned the screen has been repaired but now my touch screen function has been damaged therefore my phone is useless and redundant.

Absolute waste of £70 I am seriously unimpressed with the lack of precise communication, poor repair and the damage that has been caused to my phone by this company

Didnt fix my phone but took my money, absolute joke

I was a little apprehensive sending a £500 iPad to a company I'd never heard of, iPhone surgery wasn't my first choice but after reading reviews of my original choice I decided to have another look, and thank goodness I did!
I had an email when the iPad was recieved, and email to say they were looking at it, and email to say It was being packed and posted, I was kept up to date on every process, it took less and a week from me sending it to it coming back through my door, smashed screen fully fixed and in tip top condition. I'm very pleased with IPhone surgery and would 100% use them and recommend them.

I booked and paid online, received the confirmation and then realised that I would not have my phone back in time for a last minute trip so I sent an email to cancel it, I received an answer and full refund the same day.
Can't comment on the quality of the repair because I have not sent my phone yet, but costumer service is simply outstanding.

I lent my ipad to my 2 yr old, who dropped it, sat on it and then left it on the floor for me to stand on. It was trashed. Yet for cheaper than I could have it repaired locally iphone Surgery collected it by Courier, repaired it and returned it to me all in the space of 3 days. Its as good as new, and cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Phone was back quickly. Good correspondence. All works well!

Well I book a return course it cost me £19.95 and they did not come and get my phone they side that they will be with me between 11.45 to 12.45 but did not come so I had to pay £ 7.95 to post it to them so up till now I have pay out £27.90 in post and £19.99 I think to get my phone working but up till now I don't no if it is working as no one as come back to me to let me no what is going on so I not a happy customer at the moment but will let you no if and wean I get my phone back and if it is working

An excellent service.

Having had a very bad experience with another company (mentioning no names - they eventually sent my, still broken, phone back to me because they initially couldn't find my order or my handset and then my payment) I sent it to iPhone Surgery. Not only were they a few pounds cheaper, they also kept me up-to-date with emails and returned my phone to me within a few days fully repaired.

I generally do not bother with reviews but in this instance I have made an exception. I will be recommending this company.

I am yet to be convinced you are not a scam. I called your offices four times having made an on-line booking for a collection by courier. You promised to call me back on two occasions and failed to do so.

iPhone Surgery have fixed my screen on my iPhone 5s. I sent my phone away and it was back to me within 2 days. Price was very reasonable too and I am very happy with the work carried out.

Definately recommend. Hopefully I won't need to come back again however if I do smash another phone I will definately be back.

Our iPad screen was smashed in a mishap involving our two young daughters and a hard tiled floor!! We thought we had nothing to loose by trying a repair and we are delighted by the result. Our iPad arrived with iPhone Surgery on a Monday and it was fixed and sent back to us by the Wednesday - it was only because we weren't home to meet the delivery driver that we had to wait till the Thursday to get it back. The new screen on the iPad is brilliant and more importantly the speed in which they fixed it and turned it around was amazing. Thank you iPhone surgery - our wallets and our family are very pleased all round!

Dropped the iPad of in person on Monday received it back on Wednesday in the post, as new, fantastic repair service and price.

After the initial repair phone again didn't work, so returned the phone. Which they couldn't fix so full refund given. From my experience would be happy to try them again next time I have a problem.

I am always very impressed by the service that this company provide whenever I am in need of Apple devices being repaired and would not hesitate to recommend them to any one who needs to use their services.

I feel safe in the knowledge that if there are any issues with any of our mobile estate of over 500 devices - that this company can come to my users rescue when disaster strikes.

IPhone Surgery was recommended by a friend whose iPhone had water damage like mine. Unfortunately my iPhone couldn't be repaired, however the service was good. Excellent e-mail communication, phone sent back quickly. It was worth a try without paying out a lot of money.

Ipod 4th generation screen repair had glue all round the edges. Not smooth whilst holding the iPod as the glue sticks out from the glass itself. However quick return.
