Excellent service, fast delivery, good price and my phone is still at 96% battery at lunchtime where I would normally be having to recharge at this point. Wish I had changed sooner.

My daughter was moaning about her phone battery, so I ordered a repair kit from this company. Having realised it was perhaps a more difficult job than originally anticipated, I asked for a refund and ordered a repair service instead.
My daughter then decided to upgrade the phone so we didn't need the service after all.
Liam and the team have been nothing but responsive and helpful, and I just wish I hadn't mucked them about like this. I'd definitely use them again - great service, thanks guys!

Did not receive items (battery 6s, tools kit and etc.) rearranged delivery couple of times, but it’s like the courier is not even trying to deliver the package. As there was no one any where near my door on both times! Is that a scam or is this delivery company just a joke?

Their Customer service is excellent and the staff are very knowledgable about the products they sell , nothing is too much trouble with these guys .

Replacement iPhone 6 battery webpage very misleading. The picture shows the tools and the battery, but you’re not getting the tools they are extra - causes unnecessary delay for a few pence. Gave feedback over the phone regarding this point - they’re not interested.

I needed my iPhone repaired recently... and was initially thinking it probably wouldn't be worth paying for a repair and should just buy and upgrade replacement.
However, I came across this business by chance and they were local to me so I decided to pop in and see what they said.
The gentleman I spoke to was a breath of fresh air. Professional, genuine and knowledgeable without being pushy. He seemed confident he could fix my phone or would give it his best shot. So I left it in his capable hands. A few hours later I got a call saying my phone was fixed and everything was now working fine. I collected it later that same day. Very impressed with the fast turnaround and reasonable prices. But most of all I appreciated the fact they seemed very honest and genuine and actually went above and beyond on the repair they did for me without trying to fiddle the customer into paying more. This is exactly how a local owner/operated business should be run... I will definitely use them again if I ever have problems with my tech in the future. And I will be recommending to all my friends. I rarely bother to post reviews online but I felt people should know about what a great service they offer if you need your phone fixing at a reasonable price.

Needed a new battery for an iPhone 6s and iPhonefixuk was easily the best website. Product arrived propmptly with all the necessary items required to change it. Instructions were clear and easy to use and I had the job done in 30mins with no prior experience. Excellent service and great product, I can’t fault it!

“Genuine OEM Apple battery”.... Received one from REPLACEBASE, that 1 was not OEM and 2 had a 50% mark up on the price. This is unacceptable how they lie about their products and mark them up.

Excellent service but their delivery firm DX let them down badly in my case They delivered to an address 7miles away from me and the lady living there delivered the battery to me There was no excuse for this as the address was correct on the package Appalling delivery No apology to either me or the lady who came 7 miles to get it to me, But iPhone Fix give a fast service themselves just let down by their delivery firm

Hi, had a problem with our iphone 6plus, and found this company by chance, and decided to use them due to the positive feedbacks. I emailed through the symptoms prior to the phone being despatched and the contact offered me a full breakdown of that each 'job' would cost. Sent the phone out on the Friday evening and got their response back on the Monday afternoon (not bad when the phone had been sent from the depths of Cornwall). Transferred the money on Monday night and it was delivered back to us on the Weds, fully serviced and working.
Would highly recommend their use, even if its only to discuss the repair options; what tools they can send you etc,

This is the fourth iPhone I have sent to iPhoneFixUK. Every phone has been repaired and returned in record time. Screen repairs are with best quality parts not flimsy screens I have seen done elsewhere.
Was kept up to date with repair process and exactly what was required and what was done. The quality of service is second to none.

I've used this company several times now to buy replacement screens, tools and now a battery. The website is easy to use. The parts have been great quality (I've had issues with parts ordered from other companies). The customer service has been fantastic - nothing has been too much trouble for them. I don't use any other company for iPhone parts now.

I would recommend this site to anyone, excellent communication, sperb service and super fast. I had an ipad battery replaced and i am so happy i did for such a reasonable price. Brilliant!
