Replacement iPhone5 screen.

Ordered Monday & arrived Wednesday, but without the tool kit. This error was addressed with one email and the following day the kit dropped through the letterbox.

A wet afternoon spent with a YouTube instructional and the phone is fully functional!

Really fast delivery and problem sorted even quicker with an apology, great service.

I bought and fitted a replacement iPhone battery from iPhoneFixUK eight months ago. Recently my iPhone started developing symptoms consistent with a faulty battery (discharging quickly/not giving sufficient current). I made a claim on the 12 month warranty IPhoneFixUK provide on this type of battery and was very pleased that the no quibble guarantee they advertise is true. They replied the next day saying a free replacement was in the post i.e. no lengthy exchange of e-mails required to try and prove it was the battery at fault. Would thoroughly recommend them based on my experience.

Placed order for battery and replacement tools and was lost by courier company.

New replacement order sent out and received next day, no quibbles.

Don’t bother. The iPhone 7 screen i ordered never functioned correctly. The iPhone SE battery seems worse than the original. The iPhone 8 Plus battery was 2 years old and read 0v at the terminal/would not accept a charge. I have an iPhone X battery ready to install from them but i might not bother.

They have no contactable number to call in to. They only respond to emails after multiple attempts. I was refunded for the screen but it doesn't really make up for the fact that the entire experience had been nothing but a hassle.

Use iParts4U instead. Top service from them.

Ordered 3x “genuine” iPhone 6S charging cables. Received 1x old style connector and 2x current style.

Current style are 100% fake / not genuine - so item not as described and potentially a safety risk for fire. Unbelievable.

Have emailed and requested a full refund.

Best to avoid.

Ordered a replacement battery for my iPhone SE. The battery was in worse health and draining much quicker than the older one I removed. Apparently it’s pretty common for sellers to re sell old batteries as new ones and I’m pretty certain that is what is happening here. Do not use!

Poor quality items - Battery drained quicker than one it was replacing. They state genuine oem replacement battery for iphone but these are just cheap rubbish that can damage/destroy your phone - after only 6 months, battery swelled and has caused damage to the screen. Fortunately icloud backup recovered my data.

Poor customer service - They sent the item to the wrong place on 2 separate occasions and didn't seem to bothered to help resolve. Instead i had to personally travel where first item actually was sent to retrieve. 2nd item which was meant to be a replacement never showed up!

Spend a little more money and shop somewhere more reputable

Ordered an iPhone 5s battery, but still haven't received it a week after ordering, despite three emails. Tried calling them, but it's just an answering machine that tells you to email them. Pointless if they don't answer emails. Have raised a complaint via Paypal.

The iPhone5s screen and toolkit arrived within 2 days. I managed to fit the screen having never previously opened a smart phone before but the digitiser didn’t then work. IPhoneFix emailed me excellent advice which resolved my problem and the phone now works fine and the new screen seems excellent in every way.

I have an Iphone5 which had the battery "breaking out" of the case, major problem!
Ordered a replacement battery on the Friday and it duly arrived the following Monday. From placing my order to replacing it in my phone in four days.
How's that for service!!
Excellent customer service and delivery second to none. The new battery has revitalised my phone and lasts days without requiring charging.

Ordered a iPad3 touch screen glass replacement.
Arrived next day but damaged in transit.
Rang iPhoneFixUK with photos of the damage and without any fuss they despatched a replacement immediately.
I received it lunch time the following day.
Replaced the glass that evening, so now back in business.
The screen was excellent:- it came with attached function button, adhesive for fixing, just remove the backing, and necessary tools. What more can you want.
What I call excellent service and quality.

I was a bit wary when I ordered a new battery for my iPhone 6 as the price was so good. I can honestly say my phone is just like it was when I first had bought it three years ago. Highly recommend only wish I had done it sooner. 😃
