Ordered a 99p set of sticky strips. There was a little mix up in the order but the second I contacted these guys about it they went above and beyond to make it right and I got my originally ordered product the very next day

Don’t really write reviews for products but this has to be said. Do not order from this company. I ordered an “iPhone Tool Kit(10 piece) 6 days ago and paid for 2 to 3 day delivery. It came 4 days late and when I called to demand a refund for how long delivery took, their customer service number leads to an automated answer machine.

Bought a taptic engine for iphone 8 plus. Paid for 1-2 day delivery and recieved in 5 days.

Upon opening the packaging, all there was inside was a empty anti static bag... not sure if the person who packed it was blind but there was nothing in there, still waiting for a full refund. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Really great service and communication. Very fast delivery. Will be using again and not hesitate to recommend.

I have found iPhonefixuk To be one of the better companies out there for iPhone parts. I have bought various screens over the recent months and have been very satisfied with the service - the value for money is a bonus.
I received one screen with a torn cable but it was replaced without an issue - and quickly.
I’m not even convinced that I didn’t damage the cable with my big thumbs but there was no quibble - just as their strapline says. 5/5 for me

Don’t usually review companies, but was very disappointed so thought I should. Had a battery replaced on a iPhone 6s and decided to pay and get it done as it seemed reasonable and was based in Devon where I am.
Received the phone back, the volume buttons no longer work, or the home button. My girlfriend has to use the on screen controls now instead. Have tried to get in touch with the company, but they’ve just blanked me instead. Won’t use them again, and would advise others against using them as well. A real shame. :-(

The screen I received a 'FX5 iPhone 7 Screen - Ultra Luminance Colour Accurate With Small Parts - Black' is unresponsive and inaccurate at the bottom, especially when the phones battery is low, the colours are not as vibrant as original, despite it's claim.

The other item I ordered was a 'REPLACEBASE | iPhone 7 Premium Full 3D Screen Protector Glass Panel (Edge To Edge) - Black' This would allow me me to use the above screen at all.

If you buy from them maybe you will have more luck and get better service but I haven't experience that
I orderd several iteams for my iPhone, delivery was quick but I reactived incorrectly parts , like I order iphone se battery but they send me iphone 5 battery also they send me iphone 4 glass back but I order iphone 5 replacment housing.
I send two email to the seller but I have no answer to any email.

If you can don't buy from them , I just spent money on them and it wasn't worth it

Great product and exactly what I was expecting.The website was exact in helping me get the correct type of item for my I phone and really pleased with how easy the ordering process was.

I ordered an iPhone battery and did not insert it for approx one and a half months. However I believed it to be faulty when I did as it was not charging fully and dropping nearly all of its charge overnight. I contacted iPhoneFixUK and Liam had no hesitation in sending me out another and also enclosed adhesive strips. Phone is working perfectly. Brilliant customer service from Liam and I will definitely recommend iPhoneFixUK to friends and family.

Used numerous times. Excellent products, excellent prices and fantastic customer service. Only required a replacement item once due to faulty goods and the no quibble guarantee was upheld and a replacement part despatched immediately. Highly recommend.

After I ordered the wrong replacement battery they were very reasonable and dealt with my return and refund swiftly.

Their battery has been excellent and properly retains a full charge for several days unlike several on the market that I have bought online that can’t even retain a charge for a day.

I was very impressed that I was actually called by Liam as he wanted to check an order with me - I had made a mistake when ordering (I'm not sure I'd have picked it up!).
