Another great repair by the team, Apple had pretty much written my phone off but these guys sorted it all out with a comprehensive repair at a reasonable price. Saved my day again👍

My Iphone wasn't charging and I took into the Iphone repairbase today. I ask if they could replace the charging port. They came 5 minutes later and said it was blocked with fluff. They didn't charge me.

Having used them previously for my wife’s I phone, it was the obvious place to go to have a new screen for my I phone fitted after my wife dropped it!
Less than 30 minutes later I returned and it was ready.

Having been before for a new battery for an iPhone I again had to seek advice as my IPhone 7 had become difficult to charge, it became aware it was caused by fluff in charging port and I was not asked to pay any costs!! Superb service A+

After 2 previous attempts with alternative repair companies ( both stating they could not find the fault) I sent it to Iphone repair base, within 24 hours they had repaired the fault and returned phone by post. I rang up to see if they could fit a battery to my iPhone 8 when there was no answer I was politely called back and the friendly lady said bring it in today, i told her I thought I needed charging port but that was diagnosed and fixed within 5 mins without the need for a port 😊.
I was pleasantly surprised that my phone had its battery replaced within the hour and at a relatively small cost ,

My mums iPhone 7plus was water damaged, (literally it was sat face down in water for hours while she was in hospital) nothing would work. After dropping it off it was all fixed and working perfectly in 2/3days, for a lot less cost than a replacement similar phone would be. I was kept up to date with repair costs before the work was carried out by text. Also I didn’t even need to down load a back up from iCloud, all pics and everything else were saved!.
I’m an extremely happy customer from the very professional service they provide!!
