I have an older iPhone 7 Plus which had apparently lost the sound so I was unable to make and receive calls. My mind was really made up that it was time to upgrade but iPhone repair base tested the microphone which was fine and then upgraded the Motherboard so my phone is working again. Prompt service, diagnosis and repair. Thanks again

Problem with I pad not charging.
Problem with I pad not charging.
Local shop £150 send to London 1 week
Apple shop could not repair said £500 for Apple to repair or new tablet £899.
Took to repair base who sorted problem in 10 minutes (no charge) - pure genius!
I cannot recommend too highly this man really understands technology and saved me a lot of money.

Absolutely fantastic service! I have taken my phones here for many years and am never disappointed. Polite, professional, genuine Apple parts and honest appraisal of the issue.
On my last visit I was worried I’d need a new charge port for my IPhone 13 Pro (expensive!). They took it away and 2 mins later a piece of dirt removed, no charge. Now that’s truly good service and should encourage anyone to use them.

Very genuine people
Very genuine people, honest, fair, excellent service. Would definitely recommend. Cleaned the port on iphone that wasn't charging and it now works a dream. Didn't even charge for it. Brilliant customer service and will use again in future.

I literally telephoned their number and was told to come in at any time for my battery replacement.
Very polite upon arrival and a prompt turn round. I was in and out within 15 minutes and I was very pleased with the efficiency and price.
I certainly would not hesitate in using or recommending them in the future.

I have an IPhone 7s. Needed a new battery, iPhone Repair base had stock, availability and a very fair price.
Another time, unable to plug in my charge cable, diagnosed and port cleaned. All done in 10 minutes

Absolutely brilliant service! I took in two phones to ask which would be cheaper to fix. They looked at both phones and presented me with the best option. The phone was then fixed super quickly and at a cheaper rate than everywhere else I got quotes from in Ipswich. Super friendly and fab service! I will be using these guys from now on!
