I am so delighted. my phone had no ring sound for over two months - I inherited it from my daughter. All my friends and relatives tried to help me. My grandson got it to vibrate but no ring tone.
I finally took it to iphonerepairbase.co.uk in Kesgrave and she had it fixed in minutes. Highly recommended.

My daughter dropped her iPhone and smashed the screen while staying with us. She needed a quick repair before heading back to London - Iphonerepairbase were fantastic: no appointment needed, replacement screen available and daughter was able to continue work stuff on her journey back!

This is the third time I have used iPhone Repair Base for an iPhone crisis and once again, I have found them to be absolutely excellent. These people are decent, honest experts. This time, it turned out to be an easily solvable problem which they sorted within minutes and then explained how to fix the issue if it happens again. And they didn’t charge me. For any iPhone problem, I highly recommend this business. They are very professional, trustworthy people. It is easy to park there too - much better than having to go into town. I have used iPhonerepairbase a few times over the years. I have always found them to be friendly, honest, efficient and fix any problems quickly for a very reasonable price. Only recently they cleaned the port on my IPhone 15 and didn’t even charge me. Would thoroughly recommend.

Quality iPhone 7 battery replacement. Quickly completed and over 5 months on it is still showing 100% capacity. They also sorted out a problem with debris in the charging socket which had made charging a little unreliable. Well done!

Very prompt and efficient service. My phone was needing repair due to water damage, and a new screen was put on within 20 minutes. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I live in Cornwall and our one local repair place are poor! I sent my iPhone 7 to the repair base via Royal Mail 1st class parcel which cost £4.25 from my door to theirs. It was overheating and not holding any charge and I had been told locally it was kaput!. Anita and her team checked it and repaired the circuit board returning it to me via 1st class post all for £35. So for under £40 I have a spare phone. Great advice and communication so highly recommended.

I have used many times for my son's iphone. Always provide an excellent and efficient serivce. Most recently my son's phone totally froze and the lady advised that it was an Apple software glitch. All it required was pressing a few buttons and no charge was made. Appreciate the honesty. So refreshing to find a company that treat their customers with respsect.

Absolutely excellent service. I took my daughter’s iPad 9 in as she had completely smashed the screen, I genuinely thought it was so bad. But I was reassured it would be ok and it wasn’t as bad as it seemed. I had looked around for someone who could do it quick as my daughter’s iPad is her lifeline so we needed a quick turn around. I dropped the iPad off Thursday afternoon, it had a screen replacement and needed to have the casing unbent (which they didn’t charge for) picked up Friday afternoon (Good Friday) it’s perfect! Looks brand new and my daughters is ecstatic! 😁
