Great service today from Omar and Jack. My phone wouldn't keep it's charge. Omar fitted a new battery and glass back to my i-phone 12 and a new protective glass front. Done within an hour! Looks like new now. Great price excellent service and very friendly people.

Excellent service, friendly and great expertise. Went above and beyond to replace my Microsoft Surface 3 laptop keyboard in the limited timeframe I had available.

I have written reviews for Iphonerepairleeds before, I think for Google. However, I just wanted to leave this review on Trust Pilot. I see there are several poor reviews, so I just want to tell of my experiences. William is a treasure and has helped me out with various computer based situations on several occasions. I am an older woman, and he always finds time for me, his sense of humour certainly appeals! I consider myself fortunate to live near the shop, with the knowledge I can pop in at any time.
He is polite, friendly and well mannered. His work is always excellent and prices are good.
The shop is clean and well presented. Opening times are great.
I cannot stress enough how much I like William, a gem in a world where so many do not care about their work and customer service. William is a true professional. Thanks again William!

Very unfortunate experience of dealing with this shop, do not risk your belongings as things will take a quick turn for the worse as soon as he doesn’t get his own way. Didn’t want to go ahead with a repair and made it very difficult to return item. Bad customer service AVOID ITS NOT WORTH IT

Do NOT USE These Thieves for ANY online repairs, having to take them to court for taking payment for incomplete work, which they insisted was paid for by bank transfer to a personal account.(obviously so that i could not get the bank to refund me when i discovered they had NOT done the agreed work of installing BOTH batteries to the Microsoft surface book 2) They told me it would take 1 week, yet it went on for almost 6 months, after three months they offered a reduction on the agreed £280 cost as they said they could only get me 13 hours battery duration & not the expected 16 which NEW batteries should deliver. I agreed this although not perfect for selling, which was my intention, was still acceptable, although i did think the reduction in cost was rather generous? However on return the battery report produced by the device confirmed they had NOT changed the tablet battery, only the keyboard, when questioned about this they made the ridiculous statement that trhe NEW battery they put in the tablet portion did not help so they just put the old almost DONE battery back in? FFS. really? Of course they also did not seek to reveal this to me (scammers) even although i initially made it clear BOTH batteries needed renewed or it was pointless. I told them to either remove the battery they did replace and refund me or install the tablet battery as agreed. They accepted this stating i would then have to pay the £80 which was fine with me. It became clear they simply were not capable of this and after another 6 weeks of NO contact from them i contacted them with my decision to take them to court if this issue was not concluded. they said i'd have it would be done middle of following week, again they did not contact me. At the end of the following week i contacted them again & they just started babbling about i had accepted the reduced price for 13 hours battery life, having clearly done absolutely NOTHING in those additional, now 7 weeks, almost 6 months total. These people are no more than lying thieves & i have now to proceed with the very awkward court process, laughingly called "simple procedure", which takes place of the previous "small claims" system. I found these clowns after searching for anyone who could change/renew batteries in Microsoft surface book 2, & only one other UK service center would tackle this device, which microsoft has specifically made very difficult to access, & they state it's 50/50 if the screen breaks on accessing tablet portion, and if it does will charge an additional £200, so it is now clear to me these scammers have ZERO experience with this device and simply LIED about accessing the tablet battery, as such they are lying thieving scoundrels and should not be allowed to trade as a UK service center at all. They should be shut down and deported, so they cannot swindle anymore UK natives.

I left it a month before leaving this review to make sure the repair lasted, and I'm happy to say it has.

I went in with my OnePlus 7T which had a completely broken screen after a night out. After being quoted £250 everywhere else I was slightly dubious when the friendly bloke here said he could fix it for £120. I saw a few bad reviews and honestly thought I was better off paying the £250.

The repair took 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier, the replacement screen is perfect quality and I've got access again to all the non-backed up photos of my baby that I thought were lost forever. Definitely recommend.

Visited this shop in horsforth by chance, as I’d smashed my phone on a night out on the weekend. Friendly staff, fixed the phone whilst I was waiting and handed it back to me like new. So happy!

Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! Took my phone in to get a battery replacement. Instantly I felt something was off with the amount they charged for the battery in relation to competitors. However they said they would do me a deal and seemed genuine. At the time. The same evening after having the battery fitted I received a warning notification from my phone and downloaded an app that Apple themselves recommend to check battery’s. The shop stated they would fit me an Apple battery hence the expensive price, however when the notification came up I was made aware that it was not an Apple battery that was fitted and that it was a poor battery. I paid £75 for this. Due to the expense of the battery, I went in to the shop the following day and experienced the worst service of my life. I was instantly met with aggression and rudeness saying that they could not give me a refund despite their policy DISPLAYED in the shop that they would accept refunds if the part/ service provided was broken providing it wasn’t physical e.g cracked screen which a battery is not. I showed the notification on my phone and the app provided by Apple and they would still not give me my money back. At one point they even said they would charge me for being in the shop which was absolutely crazy. They said they would change the battery for me yet they wouldn’t give me my money back instead which says to me that they are selling cheap battery’s and charging expensive prices. Do not recommend. Money grabbing business with aggressive staff, non co-operative and rude. I still haven’t got my money back and have been left with a faulty battery that may damage my phone!!!

Three things first ------
1. The best advice I can give anyone reading this review is - Don't use this firm.
2. You should also be aware that I am NOT a competitor of this firm - something that is claimed by the manager if he sees a negative review. I am an OAP, eager to put business to a local firm

I wish I had read the negative reviews about this firm before I visited them. They have had my scanner in for repair for almost three months and have been paid £80 - saying they had fixed it. They did not.

After they failed to repair my scanner I asked for my money back. I was told that the manager would deal with that and I gave them my two phone numbers and was told the manager would call me. Almost 3 months later he HAS NOT CALLED ME. These are there excuses I have been told why he he has not spoken to me ........
A. In September, he has phoned you but no-one answered (Not accurate)
B. He is ill; will phone in a few days (He didn't)
C. He is on holiday for a week. (He might have been)
D. He's back and I have told him. (He didn't phone)
E. Now mid December told he has been on holiday since early September (Really!+!+!+)

I note will some interest that this firm has been successfully taken to court for a similar failure to deliver an adequate service. Well Done. We should not have to take this course to secure satisfactory service.

Please, read the negative reviews. They could help you to make the right decision.

Don't waste your money. Take your business somewhere else.

Total rip off merchants. Aggressive, corrupt. Use at your peril. Opened a case with trading standards.

Best place in West Yorkshire for Apple products. Quick and easy would recommend to family and friend also gave me a free case and screen protector💯👌😎🤩

My apple watch is "in repair" since january. They don't answer requests and now they have my money AND the watch.
