Extremely quick repair with great communication! My 7th gen iPod had it's battery connector snapped off during iflash/battery upgrades, and once I sent my device in, it was repaired within 2 days and back with me within 4. Fantastic service that I would highly recommend, Daniel is communicative and professional, and fixed my blunder - now I have a proper 3000mah 512GB iPod classic and the nostalgia is huge!

I've had two iPods repaired. An iPod video and an iPod classic. Both had batteries replaced and SD card based memories (which were slow to sync and skipped in the iPod classic) replaced with 512GB SSDs. I thought the classic required a new screen but examination showed it to be caused by a failing, swollen battery pressing on the rear of the screen.In each case the iPods were returned in about 10 days complete with the micro SD cards which had been removed when the memory was replaced.

My iPod classic had sat in a drawer unused for a long time. I remember trying to fix it with Google, but nothing worked.
One day I thought, I'll check out a new/ obviously old, replacement and came across this company.
From my first communication with Daniel, it was easy, send iPod to be diagnosed, agree to having hard drive replace, then back it came in the post!
Music now getting loaded and a very happy owner!

Great communication , great service ,reasonable prices and true to their word . Can rest easy knowing that i now have a copy of my music in case anything ever happens to my I pod in the future .

Discovered a dark spot on my 6th Gen iPod classic and having looked for a cause I found iPod parts and seeing reviews I had no hesitation in getting in touch. Having received a quote from Daniel I sent my iPod off to get repaired. I received my iPod back a week later in great condition. It holds so much sentimental value and I thought it was broken but now it’s back as new. I honestly couldn’t not recommend Daniel and iPod parts as they’ve hopefully gave my iPod a fair few years of providing me my music.

I have no hesitation in recommending iPod Parts. I sent 2 Classics that no longer worked properly and was given a thorough report on the issues affecting them. They offered a range of repairs and accommodated my request to completely overhaul one and return the other as they found it. I am very happy with the work they did; even the one I asked them not to fix is performing better than when I sent it. Communication with Daniel was swift and courteous and the work was done in a timely manner. I can put off streaming my music for another few years!

Sent the team my other iPod I use, it had been unusable for quite a while. Quick diagnosis and then a nice fix once I decided on an option. Thanks for the good work guys!

I had an elderly iPod Classic that was no longer useful for anything other than a paperweight. I asked iPod Parts UK if they could fit an SSD and battery.
They identified a compatible SSD, carried out the work and returned my iPod promptly, with a minimum of fuss. For what I think is a very fair price I now have a working device

Excellent customer service and very friendly. I had a lil issue early on with a bad battery and my emails getting sent to their spam folder. But once we had figured that out, we were all smooth sailing and they even supplied me with the postage to return the old battery to then send me a new one. Which came very quickly.

After that had some nice email interactions with them about ipods too and have made a great connection if I need anything or any advice.

Top top people and top service. I'd always use them if they had what I needed in the future without question.

I have a very old iPod 5th Gen from 2005, tbh I thought I'd never get it working again after the battery gave up the ghost. So I did some research online and found iPod parts. After several emails with Daniel I sent it for a new battery. It look about a week, and Daniel was available to answer any questions whenever I asked for updates. I've now had it back (registered post) so I was able to track it's journey. I am delighted to say it's now good as new again. The battery works a treat and they also changed the rear cover for me. For around £40 it's give the iPod a few more years which I didn't think it would ever have. I couldn't be more pleased.

I got my iPod Classic back today in mint condition having had it mended by this FANTASTIC company, which I discovered by chance online.

The service and communications were excellent. The price was also good.

I thought my beloved old iPod was finished, but this company made it straightforward and quick.

What a find for me discovering this fantastic company. I will be telling all of my friends!

I never thought that I would agree to pay money for a service on the internet. My problem was that a neighbours ipod had packed up. I took it to a local Apple repairer who had a look and told me that the disk drive had gone. So, what to do? They gave me a quote, which was high with a solution which sounded very complicated, too complicated for me or for my elderly neighbour. I liked the look of this company because they would not make a charge for examining the problem and they would provide an estimate, to be accepted or not. So I took a chance. The company proved to be very professional, true to its word and satisfied any qualms that I might have about the final outcome and even sent me a photograph of the ipod working. So, all in all a good result at a reasonable cost.
If there should be problems then I am sure that the company will help.

I used the battery replacement service offered by this company to have the battery changed on my iPod classic. Not having “lost sight “ of my iPod in the 10 years plus that l have had it, l was anxious and reluctant about sending it away. But having read previous reviews and following the advice given by iPod Parts website l went ahead and posted it “signed for delivery”. I need not have worried, iPod Parts did the job, tested the iPod, complied with my request to return it with the original box, and return it before I went on holiday. Job well done.

Fortunately I found iPod Parts UK online whilst researching a screen replacement for my iPod Video 80GB (Gen5). I e-mailed the team and received a response shortly after. Daniel was Great - priced up the replacement part and also gave me a quote to do the repair/replacement for me. For an additional £15, it was a "No-Brainer". I sent my iPod off by Special Delivery and within a week, the repair was done and the iPod passed the tests that Daniel carried out. Payment was made online and my iPod is now back in my possession, looking & sounding good.
As the title of this review suggests, the service was Top Quality and I will 100% use & recommend iPod Parts UK to anyone who wishes to revive their old iPods. 10/10 from Me !

Amazing quality of parts, they sent me two parts a face and backing pate in black, 10/10 quality but beware as glossy plates can collect finger prints. Site quality is a little bit bad

I've used iPod Parts UK twice now to repair two iPod Classics and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Service is very good, costs of services are reasonable and communication with customers always excellent. If either of my Classics breaks down again I would have no hesitation in using them again..

I sent my Ipod classic off for repair on 20 August, sent emails asking for confirmation of receipt. Emailed Daniel on 4 September asking for an update, he confirmed on the 12th that it had been received and looked at. I have sent a few emails asking for an update and received no response at all. I have left 2 voicemail messages. It is the 25th of September and I have received no further response and have no idea when I will receive my Ipod back.
This is appalling service.

An email received from Daniel at Ipod repair UK telling me they will not be proceeding with the repair or content restoration, it will be re-assembled and sent back.
Nothing more than that. I have no idea whether it has been repaired and to top it off the content has been wiped.
I suspect this communication was a result of this review. Very unprofessional.
I find this complete lack of communication somewhat frustrating.

It's been a month. No sign of my Ipod being returned despite promises it would be. Further chaser email sent asking for my property to be returned to me.
