My iPod had battery problems (at least) and I tried to get it fixed locally but there was reluctance to tackle iPods because of the difficulties of dissembling and reassembling them. I contacted Fix-it and they were brilliant, I posted the unit for diagnostics and they advised receipt the following day and shortly after a report of what was wrong and cost of fixing it. I thought the prices were not excessive so gave the OK and paid. The unit was back with me the following day and fully satisfactory. Superb service!

I have sent a number of ipods to Tom and his staff for repairs, and every single time the service is lightning fast, informative, helpful, and super efficient. I can't praise them enough. Fantastic service.

It's crazy, in my opinion, how quickly these guys work and have your iPod back to you.

Now, onto the quality of the work itself. Long story short, it's great. I sent in a 7th Gen iPod classic which are notoriously difficult to open and I can't spot even a single tool mark on the exterior. They will send you back your iPod in the exact condition you sent it to them in. The new battery works great, and the 160GB SSD conversion has made my iPod super snappy and like new.

In conclusion, it doesn't really get any faster or more professional than these guys. They do a great job and I will definitely be highly recommending them!

I can totally recommend the service provided by these folks. As part of the Walkman Generation I still love having a portable music player, iPods. It’s easy to just throw something when it goes wrong but these folks always manage to breath new life into equipment. Very reasonable prices and the service pre and post repair is outstanding. Two day turnaround to fix iPod and communication at every step of the way. Amazing. Keep up the great work.

Wow...was gutted to drop my ipod Nano 7th gen and get an "ink stain" bleed on the LCD screen. A friend recommended ipodrepairs.co.uk. The device was sent tracked and insured on the Monday, they signed for it at 10.15 a.m Tuesday and had sent it back by 14.00 hrs the same day. I received it all in perfect working order on the Wednesday at 9.30 a.m. VERY impressed and delighted. Now I may send my other 7th gen off to have the battery fixed!!! Would recommend :-)

I left a few weeks before writing this review, as I wanted to be sure everything worked well with my repairs. I put a 7th-gen Nano (suffering with acute battery issues) in before Christmas. I wasn't really expecting much, truth be told, but I thought it was worth a shot to try and revive the thing. On the contrary, though, I was very impressed with the results. I paid the extra for a courier to take the device, and delivery was seamless at both ends, with good information provided all the way through. Now returned, the iPod is back in full working order, where it wouldn't work without its charger before - I'm really delighted! There's also next to no visible wear on the iPod from the repairs process - impressive. The battery life is just a smidge shorter than it was when the device was new, but that's a very minor quibble: this has given a new lease of life to a dead piece of tech, and I would certainly recommend. Thinking of using them to refurb my old Classic next!

Wow. Posted off on a Thursday afternoon. Back in my hands repaired and working perfectly by Saturday morning. Upcycled from 80GB disk to 128Solid State sounding as good as ever and now with bags more music on it. Please keep doing what you do, you're a godsend! I was looking around for someone to repair my iPod Classic, as the hard drive had failed. Some repairers wanted to put a 128GB in to replace my 160GB saying that is all that is available for 'vintage' iPods. Apple didn't want to know, so they were a waste of time. Not so with ipodrepairs.co.uk. Their website was easy to navigate with specific details of what hard-drive is used for hard-drive repairs (SSD Sandisk) together with a very competitive price. I rang to speak with someone at their office and they gave me confidence in their skill and ability. I therefore had no hesitation and sent the iPod off to them. Within two days I was informed by email that the iPod had been received and was being worked on. Next day another email saying it was repaired and being dispatched back to me. Arrived well packaged and worked perfectly. I was even more surprised that not a single mark or dent was made on the case. I thought after looking on the internet and reading about the difficultly in removing the cover and contending with the thirteen clips there would be some evidence of opening, but not at all, it was absolutely perfect. I can thoroughly recommend this company for iPod repairs and based on this evidence I wouldn't hesitate to send any Apple product to them for repair. Well Done!

Incredible service and turn-around! Sent my ipod Classic in for battery replacement on the Tuesday and had it returned by courier on the Thursday, all for a very competitive price. Most highly recommended!

At first i was happy with the ipad repair but then the screen lifted away and cracked. Support are refusing to repair again for free and was even called "crazy" by support. never in a million years would i call one of my customers crazy! Avoid like the plague!

This is the second time I've used this company. Both times I have been advised on what may need fixing & the cost. If I needed parts replaced after testing then the testing charge was deducted which was fair. I'm a very fussy customer & the guys were very patient with me! Great turn around time & will use them in the future if required. Thank you guys!

They upgraded and fixed my ipod. They were helpful on the phone. I sent it and they confirmed it had arrived, then confirmed it was being looked at, then told me it was done, then told me it was on the way. I had it back in a few days. This is the best service I have ever had from any company.
